I have an annual maintenance contract with Bob Mims for my Lennox furnace and central AC. Very happy with them. Vinny came today for a furnace maintenance and was very thorough and very good at explaining what he had done and why. Highly recommend

Today I had my air conditioner maintenance done. I have to say that Vinny the technician went above and beyond servicing this equipment. He addressed things that not every technician has addressed. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Totally recommend his service.

I'm leaving two stars because the technician was professional, polite, and did a clean job. I give the company "0" stars. I was charged $139 for a service call and $567 to replace a $110 circulator pump for a total of $704 for two hours work and $110 pump. That's a labor rate of $300/hr. I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor before I knew the retail price of the pump and I was told that information was not available. The $139 is not applied to the cost of the repair. This is not the Bob Mims that I used to do business with. Unless you have money to burn, look elsewhere.

Bob Mims is a trusted name in HVAC I have a complicated situation bc I live in a 2 family forced hot air and base board system. Josh got us ready for the upcoming winter. He was on time, professional and friendly. Ill always go with Bib Mims

There's a reason I keep coming back to them. While not the cheapest around, they are always professional and get the job done. I haven't been as lucky with the other guys I've hired over the years.
