This was my first time using this business for my furnace maintenance and repair. Their pricing is very reasonable for the services provided. The technician's name was Joshua and he was very professional and knowledgeable. I initially called because my furnace was not kicking on when the house temperature dropped below the set thermostat temperature. After remedying the problem, he uncovered a potentially dangerous setup of my furnace duct and dryer duct. The proper repairs were made to bring it up to code, and prevent a potential house fire.

Fast forward…….. called for service recently was given ridiculously reviews on initial assessment $174. For a repairman to show up. Nasty 🤮 rude receptionist arguing about my last use of this service in 2020 due to the repairman insisting I needed a complete new unit central air. And charged for a service that was not needed…..550 for Freon that he insisted I had a leak….
Never since then have I needed anything because it never leaked. Save your money 💴 plenty of fairly priced HVAC PROFESSIONALS THAT CAN COMPLETE THE NEEDS AT HALF THE COST FROM THESE PEOPLE.
