The team was fantastic from the salesman to the install team. Joanne was fantastic, polite, courteous and quick getting us on the schedule. Angela was extremely helpful, and quick to assure everything would get done in a timely fashion. Our salesman Dominic was professional and took the time to explain all our available options, and even took the time to swing by the house on the day of the install, to make sure everything was going ok and according to plan. James the installer, and Vinny were professional and worked non-stop until the job was complete, they also made sure to clean up and left nothing behind. Overall - I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family.

Called around 5 pm to request a service for a central air conditioner which was not working in the middle of a July heatwave, problem was resolved by 10:30 am the next day. Everything was explained clearly. Permission was asked before anything was done. The technician was very pleasant, polite and professional. I can’t think of any service better than this. It deserves more than five stars!
