Bob Mims Heating & Air Conditioning

My husband and I would highly recommend Bob Mims. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to the end. Dominick came to our home to assess the job. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He even said an electrician would be included in the job to make sure we had the wiring needed for the air conditioning. We had an appointment in a week to do the job. Right on time, Albert and Reggie arrived and with no delay started the job. Within the hour, Anthony and his partner, the electricians, arrived and began their job. We needed an upgrade. It was obvious they all knew what they were doing and did a fabulous job.
They were very neat, no clean up after they left. I want to mention Angela in the office. She was my first contact and got the ball rolling. Most important, the unit is working beautiful. Again, I would recommend. Peggy and John Kelly. Brooklyn, NY.

AC went done Friday afternoon of the 4th of July weekend. Called several companies that Saturday morning.
Bob Mims was the only company to get back to me. While I didn’t expect a miracle on a holiday weekend Bob Mims technician arrived early the morning of the 5th. The technicians were professional and courteous. They are detail oriented and very respectful of the clients property.
I Also feel like I got a good price for the service performed. 5 stars all day long for Josh and Albert and their colleague. Whose name I did not get.

Mike G. Arrived around 8 AM. He began the heating system check up, checking the two zones. He reported that the system was working fine, and gave us some recommendations we will definitely follow up on.

Mike Galea responded to our home to repair our air conditioning system that was not working. He came first thing in the morning, and was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about our system. He figured out what was wrong quickly and worked expeditiously with Bob Mima to order and install the faulty parts the very same day. Within 8 hours, my system is back up and running and our house is cool again. A million thank yous Mike! I would highly recommend him ANY time!!

Mike came to my home on Great Kills Rd on time and extremely polite and professional, he quickly diagnosed my a/c problem and installed a new part at a reasonable price , he cleaned up and removed the old part extremely well and left the job running perfectly. Recently had a water heater issue and Michael G. came by and assessed the problem and took care of it. Very professional, fully explained the work that was being done and was a big help. I have been a Bob Mims customer for years for my heating and cooling maintenance and they always do an amazing job!

Unfortunately I had gotten bad news when it came to visit. I had to have a whole system replaced. Bud, he made it into much less that a headache than it could have been. He had knowledgeable what I could do to not only pay it off and even offered me a special so I take it the most for my money.

George was the technician who helped us today. My friend recently acquired a new home and he was compassionate, thorough, experienced and friendly. The service was outstanding! George spent time correcting the issue and speaking with the family. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend them!
