Our ac unit fan stopped working we called Jim Hall HVAC today they had a gentleman by the name of Matt very knowledgeable, professional and fixed our unit. He knew exactly what the issue was. He checked for leaks came upstairs checked our thermostat and checked our boiler room. We are very pleased with the service and professionalism of Jim Hall HVAC. My fiance just came home from the hospital and our furnace/AC system needed to be replaced and they made us top priority, which was greatly appreciated. Each crew member was very nice, friendly and thorough in their work. Vinnie was exceptional and really made us feel like more than just a customer, his demeanor and care are top notch. He came out again today to check up on the job and even took out time with Lil Tony to fix our front door knob out of the kindess of their heart. Another example of exceptional customer service. I would highly recommend their HVAC services.

I have been a customer for several years. Jim Hall was recommended to me, and I have been truly blessed. Today Matt and Vinnie came to fix a problem with my thermostat. Matt figured out the problem in seconds. He and Vinnie are just wonderful gentlemen. So helpful, friendly, easy to talk to, professional, I can’t say enough. And the ladies that answer the phones are also wonderful.

Great installation: excellent communication, professional, good appointment response for estimate, thorough, very clean work site, nice teamwork, on time and a pleasure to deal with. Jim Hall installed our A/C system years ago with new ductwork throughout our older house. They really did an outstanding job. We were equally satisfied with our new furnace installation. When the work was complete, Matt took the time to review the system and thermostats with us and answer all of our questions. Great job and Impressive customer service, thank you Jim Hall HVAC!

Jim Hall HVAC are extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Vin & Tony are excellent technicians and did a fantastic job. Also - as an aside - I looked out my window this a.m. and saw their truck with reminded me to call for a winter tune up. I did and they were able to squeeze me in in just five minutes - NOW THAT'S SERVICE! Thanks very much!

I needed an entire replacement in my home. New central air, new furnace, humidifier and hot water heater. I called Jim Hall. Matt came to my house, he explained everything, he went over the process and said the installation would be on Monday at 8am. Monday, 8am, they showed up, they removed the old equipment, they hauled everything away, and installed the new. Matt even stopped by as they were installing. Very professional, very neat and organized, and the price was better than I expected. Since it's a new unit, we had some questions so I called Matt and he came back and answered all of them. Excellent service all around. I would 100% recommend Jim Hall.

Jim Hall HVAC is a great family run business. They installed a new HVAC system in our first home many years ago and they maintained it perfectly for 12 years, and I now trust them to maintain a more sophisticated, heavy-duty system in our new Home. We have had Annual Maintenance Contracts on both homes through Jim Hall that provide us an even greater level of service and convenience, especially in Emergency Situations, which are well worth the reasonable cost. Matt is our go-to guy. He recently took the time to talk me through setting up a Smart Home Thermostat system, recommending equipment to purchase that would work best in our home based on our system and preferences, and then he and another technician installed it and got it running to perfection. Matt is incredibly professional, very easy to talk to, and has been very generous and accommodating with guidance and advice about the overall efficiency and climate control in our home. Matt's a young man, but he is Old School when it comes to getting the job done and providing excellent customer service. Matt also made referrals to trusted professionals to complete work outside of Jim Hall's scope, which we genuinely appreciated. Stephanie in the office is incredibly professional, helpful, and pleasant to communicate with, as well. Most importantly, service appointments are always kept, they are easy to schedule, and the technicians always arrive on time. I've used Jim Hall for years, have never had anything but pleasant and positives experiences, and I very highly recommend them.

I needed to replace an indirect hot water heater that is married with the boiler because the old one developed a pinhole leak. I reached out to Jim and he was able to order a top rated unit that day, and then his team installed it the following day. The technicians led by Matt came on time, did a great job removing the old one and installing the new one. They cleaned everything up, were super nice and very professional. I've had used Jim Hall about six years prior to replace one of my central a/c systems and they also did a great job then. I highly recommend Jim Hall HVAC when timely high quality professional work is required.

Jim Hall HVAC installed a new furnace and ducts for us. They installed next day so that we wouldnt go to long with a poorly working furnace. The team, lead by Matt, was professional, timely, and provided excellent service for us. They answered all questions responded promptly and performed clean work. We are so happy we called Jim Hall for our HVAC needs and will be using them for any future needs.

I originally used Jim Hall HVAC to replace my A/C and heating system in the middle of a heat wave a few years ago. He had the best price after checking several other companies. They showed up early and went right to work. They replaced myb21 year old system in one day. Ibwas up and running before dinner time. Fast forward 2 years my hot water heater went. Jim Hall replaced my hot water heater in about an hour. They were professional and fast. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC need.
