July 4, 2020: Thank you, Matt. My family and I greatly appreciate your coming out on short notice (July 3, 2020) on a holiday weekend, during an evening/night heavy rain storm to service our air conditioning unit both indoors and outdoors. Matt was knowledgeable, polite, honest and efficient. He explained our a/c problem thoroughly before servicing and repairing. In addition Matt followed and took all CDC necessary essential safety precautions during the current COVID-19 pandemic when entering and exiting our home, along with the use of equipment and distancing when conversing. I can highly recommend Matt and J.Hall HVAC without reservation. We are extremely appreciative.

This company is GREAT!!!!! I called them to repair my heater after being told by a different company that a 10 year old system may have to be replaced before even seeing it. One of Jim Hall's employees showed up an hour after I called, made the repair and we had heat. The office people were as professional and polite as the service tech. I highly recommend them and I will never call anyone else.

My house was like an oven (very hot). Thanks to Jim Hall, Sales rep., Jim Hall's A/C team and Tom the electrician. The Sales rep. came to my house to observe where to place and if the unit would cool off my home. The Sale rep. James had the best place to put the air handler, then he called one of his personnel Dave, who set up the air conditioning unit in a day. That same day Tom the Electrician connected the electrical wires. I was amaze on how fast the team worked and had the system up and running in less than a week. We never had an A/C system in our home. Thank you Jim and your team. Your the best and I would highly recommend this company and I give them a 5 STAR. Liz Hurtado and family

I had the winter maintenance for my system yesterday and Matt is the best. Matt was very professional and thorough.. Matt told me a story of what his father told him, if he puts his name on anything he does it has to be perfect.. Matt was perfect

Worst experience I ever had, my family was without central AC for over a month, very rude they told us it was gonna be free estimate but they really charge us 100$ , and did not put it towards the job like they told us,
We had to call almost every other day because they were telling us different stories about the piece that it was being fix , my poor baby got a rash from the heat , the fans we got was not enough. Save your self a bad experience.

Matt and Rob did a great job! They worked for hours in the hot sun & got the job done. Good guys. Very knowledgeable and professional! I recommend for sure!
