James and his crew were amazing. Efficient with their time, cleaned up after themselves and knowledgeable about the product. Respectful of my home too ! They are the best and I would recommend Bob Mims to anyone.

My latest saga began with a heating issue: I have two zones for heating in my house. Was having a problem with the upper zone not heating the entire second floor. Called Bob Mims as I have a service contract with them. They came out within 2 hours, same day. Fixed the problem quickly. Then a few days later my first floor unit was not turning on. This was on a Saturday evening around 5pm. Called Bob Mims again and a service tech(Glenn) called me back within 5 minutes and responded about ten minutes later. Fixed the issue and now everything working great. Highly recommend Bob Mims for HVAC.
