The value was the best around. The unit was installed quickly and the installers were neat, polite and professional.

They did some work on a furnace for me. They were supposed to come in the morning and didn't show up until late afternoon. I called to see what time they were coming and the woman who answered the phone was very rude-not pleasant to deal with. The technician came in with a bad attitude. It is all about money and they don't care about the customer. When I got the bill it was almost twice as much as I was originally told. I will not use them again after this experience. I feel a company should value you as a customer and not treat you so poorly.

I called these guys at midnight today ( sunday) after working in this heat , I found my air conditioner not working . It’s 95 degrees all day and night, these guys answered the phone and he was at my home in 15 minutes. He got out of bed for me. Fixed the problem in 10 minutes and had the part in his truck. The bill was reasonable and my air is on. Thank you so much , great job!

The contractor damaged a valve during a repair and it resulted in several thousand dollars of water damage via a leak. They have deflected attempts to resolve. I have communicated with them by phone, email and postal mail in detail. In return, for example, they make excuses, such “we never received your phone call /we need to verify that our service received the call etc. ( I have emailed my phone recorders that show the calls ) and “ we need to pull that file and call you back” ( they never did) ...

Will not use again. The service man seemed lazy and in a big hurry to leave. Put a ding in my molding with a piece of equipment and ignored that he did it. Did a poor job of cleaning my filters and basically left me with the instructions on how to clean them because he didn't have the necessary items to clean with. Charged me over $200.00 for the pleasure of his company.
