Jaime is amazing. Always returns calls, shows up when he says he will and gets the job done right the first time. Very efficient and reasonable prices. Jaime has been repairing this old house for several years and I highly recommend him. He has made repairs in several of my coworker's homes and they are equally happy.

From start to finish Rotterdam Heating & Air Conditioning was professional, on time, and out the same day for a quote. The owner really does things the right way and treats people with courteous. My hot water tank broke down and I gave them a ring, they were out the same day for the quote and the new one was installed the very next day. They were busy but still seemed to fit us in, due to my family not having any hot water. It would be a disservice to oneself using anyone else- Nick and Ron were absolutely a pleasure to work with and both were very personable. Thanks again Rotterdam Heating & Air Conditioning!

We contacted Jamie to look at our plumbing problem after another plumber told us it would be a “huge job”and there was no simple way to solve the issue. Jamie spent 35 minutes with us, found a way to cap the supply pipe and quickly fixed our problem! His solution was completely affordable and didn’t involve tearing the floors and ceilings apart. I would strongly recommend his service!!!

Jaime is out of this world amazing, we had some tech come out and "fix" our A/C but it was still making terrible noises and was not fixed. The same tech came out again and told us we needed to either replace the furnace or fix it which would be about the same amount of $, made no sense. We got ahold of Jamie, he was responsive, friendly and super reasonable, told us exactly how much it was going to cost to the penny and came and fixed it within 2 days of reaching out to him. I highly recommend this company for any type of Heating or A/C needs. They earned a life long customer!

Jamey Gazzillo is very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced a hot water heater located in a very small closet. He has serviced the furnace and a/c for 2 seasons now. Keeps everything running great! Excellent prices and value for service provided. Highly recommend!

I Switched Over from old oil furnace to natural gas system. Nick came by and gave me a quote and all the info to deal with National Grid. I checked out 3 other companies and I'm glad I went with these guys. The installers Henry & Jamie were professional and did a fantastic job. They were easy to work with and answered any questions I had about going forward with the new system. When they left, the place was cleaned up and the system is Awesome!!..Great Local Company!
