10/18/19 , I like to say that Paris heating has got to great guys on their crew Tony & Anthony were super professional , courteous , friendly , left us with good information on our new AC / heating unit ! Definitely would recommend Paris to any friends and family . Thanks Larry J

Great customer service and fast! Needed to get a furnace cleaning done in a short notice and they got me right in. Rob who came out was friendly and helpful. He was very knowledgeable and I will be using them again for sure!

Don't know where to start either the mess this company made our lives for a month. Very disorganized. The salesman Ed Diamond did the best he could to resolve the errors that happened but the owner-Andy Paris was very unprofessional and did not try to make things right and after tearing out our unity told us to go with someone else. I could not believe it. If we hadn't already paid them and have them complete half the job we would have gone elsewhere. Working with Paris was a nightmare. Avoid them at all costs!

Great service and price. Called after hour line due to alot of water in basement because of hot water heater. Told me what to do to stop the water and installed first thing in morning when they could get a new one. Thank You Andy.
