Paris Heating and Cooling

I could not be happier with the service that I have received from Paris Heating and Cooling. They were the most professional outfit I've hired in years. Their work was excellently done and they were wholly knowledgeable concerning all matters related to the installation and care of my new gas furnace, air conditioning system, hot water tank, and ducting throughout the house. They even included the disposal of my old oil system including the tank. If you want great and quick service, this is the company to go with.

Great customer service! Ed and Tony installed a Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system in our house. They were on time and completed the work in less than 5 hours on the warmest day this summer. They were knowledgeable and efficient. No mess. We felt comfortable with its operation after their instructions. Will highly recommend them.

Had Rob and Ed install a high efficiency furnace. During a cleaning found issue with old furnace and recommended new one. Had it scheduled for after the new year, but a week later started failing. They were able to fit me into there schedule and get it done before the holiday. Also did the hot water tank at the same time. Great job.

This is my first experience with Paris Heating and Cooling. They responded in a timely fashion to my call. Additionally, they were ahead of schedule for my appointment and the technician both called and texted. He communicated with me regarding what he was doing throughout the repair process. We have used Paris Heating & Cooling twice now. They are very friendly, responsive and professional! Andy and Katie were very helpful walking us through our options and the financing process. On the day of our scheduled install, Rob and Ed showed up right on time (very important to me) and were very clear with what their process was going to be for the install of a new AC / thermostat. They were in and out in about 2.5 hours even with the terrible weather!! Will definitely use Paris Heating & Cooling for any future needs! Thank you!

This is the second year we have used Paris Heating and Cooling and we plan on staying with them. The first time we met Ed from the company was late at night and our furnace had stopped working. Needless to say it was a cold night. Ed helped us out and kept it going. By the next fall we had him install a new furnace. Ed, Rob, Anthony and a few others all installed the new one and it has worked wonderfully. And yes, the owner of the company also stopped by to see how happy we were with everything. We had Paris come in and do a yearly cleaning of our furnace and a/c unit, unfortunately our 25 year old a/c unit was beyond repair. We ordered a new A/C unit. Rob, Dan and Anthony arrived on time, were very professional and worked very well together. The did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Everyone at Paris have been a pleasure to deal with.

Anthony and Dan were very professional and explained everything they did twice actually. As soon as they were done explaining how everything works my husband came home from work and they took the time to explain it all again to him. We are very happy with the service and love how quiet the new furnace is. I would refer Paris to anyone that needed this service. Dan and Anthony were pleasant to work with.

We had a scheduled cleaning and inspection for our furnace and A/C. Our technician Anthony found that our heat exchange was corroded and beginning to split. Our coils on the A/C unit were also corroded. I knew our water heater was beyond end of life so I included that in our job. Paris provided the best price and also the best install we could have gotten from any other company. Anthony and Ed not only installed the equipment but took the time to make sure I understood how to get the most efficiency from them. Andy came out during the install to oversee the job and assisted the technicians.
Overall great experience, I highly recommend you call Paris for any of your HVAC needs.

Ed, Rob and Tony saved our house! We needed a new furnace, water heater and we added Central Air in too. They showed up right on time and worked diligently to get it done. They explained everything to me so I understood and was super patient with my dog being around. Definitely would recommend! Great job guys!
