Paris Heating recently did a service call for my 8 year old furnace they installed. Ryan was fantastic came out on a Sat, got us up and running while waiting on a part. Communication was great and even followed up after he was done to make sure everything was working as expected. I cannot recommend them enough if you need service or a complete replacement. Dan and Anthony spent a day installing our new American Standard Furnace and Air Conditioning. They were very professional and very patient. My husband is elderly and Dan took his time to explain all the workings of the new system. Paris offers fair pricing on quality equipment. We also purchased their premium warranty which affords us 10 years of yearly checkups and coverage for all parts and labor. We are very pleased that we chose Paris and their experienced technicians!

Ed and Anthony were right on time, early in fact, to install our furnace, water heater and air conditioner. They did an excellent job. The installation looks really good. They cleaned up everything. They answered all the questions we had and more. They were very patient with us because we are very particular.
We would highly recommend them for service or installation. For the last nine years they have serviced our furnace, air conditioning and fireplace.

In late Aug 2020, we had our entire HVAC system replaced. From the estimate to installation, the customer service, professionalism, and expertise could not have been any better! Rob conducted our estimate and he was extremely knowledgeable about why we would need a certain size system, how the units work, and the best option for us. He never once tried to up sell us or suggest we needed extras, which strengthened our trust in him and the company.

The install day was extremely smooth! We had Rob, Ed, and Tony who were all on time, very professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. Ed even took the time to sit down with us and discuss how to utilize the new unit as efficiently as possible so that we would see cost savings. For example: what fan speed to have depending on the time of year, what % humidity to have depending on the time of year, etc. They even took the time to fix piping and lines from the original build, just to ensure everything was at the highest quality possible.

I would highly recommend Paris Heating & Cooling whether for install or just yearly maintenance. Their expertise and professionalism is excellent and the products they use are the top of the line in the industry.

Our old furnace was failing. We called Paris Heating & Cooling and they came right over the same day to assess the issues we were having. They made an appointment to install a new furnace, thermostat and humidifier the next week. Rob and Anthony were right on time and did an excellent job installing the new equipment and removing the old. In 4 hours we had all the new equipment installed and the job was finished. Everything was cleaned up and running smooth. Kudos to the staff at Paris.

Rob came from Paris Heating and Cooling to check my furnace and noticed some leakage issues. He was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and recommended a new unit. I could have repaired the current unit but it was 22 years old and I was tired of wondering when it would kick the bucket. Anthony and Dan came out to do the installation and they were both very professional and personable. They were also very careful not to damage my floors while carrying the unit in. Anthony is really knowledgeable and answered all my questions about the unit and the new thermostat. I also like that Paris sells the American Standard brand, as it gets good ratings. To be honest, they did ask me to post this review, but I was happy to do it. Thanks guys!

This is the second house I've had Paris heating and cooling install new furnace and AC in, everyone from the Sales guy, office staff, and install guys have always been very helpful and professional. This is the only HVAC company my family and myself use. Always highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone.

I had Paris Heating and Cooling install a new furnace for our home. The install was a little complex so the owner Andy offered to come out to verify it is something they could do. Ed and Rob who did the install were great. They were professional and friendly. Installation was clean and thorough with no shortcuts. Katie took care of all our rebate paperwork where we basically had to just put a stamp on the envelope. Paris offers top of the line products at great pricing. The customer service is hard to beat. Will definitely recommend them and use them again when it is time to replace the A/C.

Just had Anthony and Dan install a high efficiency furnace and A/C unit to replace our nearly 20 year old system. They came highly recommended by a family member that used Paris last year. These guys were great! Professional, courteous and performed high quality work. Wow! Top notch service! My husband and I are relatively new home owners and they explained the whole process and our options in great detail - they took the time and that made a HUGE impression.
