The team from Paris was prompt, courteous, and professional. They were able to work us in to their schedule and not do a "Rush Job". Their workmanship was first rate and they left the work area clean and clear. They were respectful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the products they sold us and the service they provided. Rob arrived on time for the appointment to install full house humidification, and performed and billed the work exactly as promised when the issue with the old one first occurred a few weeks ago. He left the area very clean and took the time to explain everything to us and answered all our questions. Over the past 10 years I have only used Paris Heating and Cooling. I am always happy with them. The work is very good, they give you options, and their prices are fair.

Our furnace broke yesterday. A technician was at our home within 45 minutes. He thoroughly checked out our problem and clearly explained what it would take to fix it compared to replacing it. We were convinced and agreed that replacing the furnace was the right way to go.
The very next day, the guys arrived to do the work. They were very friendly and kept the noise down while my husband slept since he worked night shift. I actually left them alone in my house as I had a prior appointment. I came home and they we’re still working diligently. Even the dog was comfortable with them lol.
We are warm and very happy with the product and service. We will highly recommend this company to all our friends.

Paris put in our new furnace today! Rob and Anthony did a great job.
They were very polite and explained everything and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed.

My husband worked with Anthony and Rob during installation (and Rob for inspection date first). I called the front desk and worked with the secretary.

Over all, I am extremely pleased with the services and customer service at Paris Heating and Cooling. I was interested because I had read/seen somewhere a good price for furnace inspection, and I was procrastinating (naturally) on getting that done. We bought our house a few years ago with a 25 year old American Standard furnace. So, I knew there was a chance that getting it cleaned and ready for this winter meant a new furnace!

The front desk was quick to make an appointment for me not too far out, even in the dead of winter. Inspection/cleaning day arrived, Rob showed up wearing appropriate PPE for Covid Safey, which we appreciated. He spent a long time talking to my husband and answering his questions about our furnace and duct system, humidification, how to tell when you furnace gets old, etc. Was very patient with him! We decided to replace our almost but not quite dead furnace. And that was a breeze too!

called them a couple weeks ago, it was after hours, Rob came by very quickly and sadly assessed my central ac unit had failed, Rob made it easy to set up for a new unit Installation. Ed and Tanner installed the unit, the did a fantastic job! Explained everything and made the process seamless.....also Paris gave us a window ac unit while we waited for the new central unit to be installed...thank god they did because it made sleeping and our house more bearable....will use for any needs in the future!

Rob and Anthony were very professional when they installed our new high efficiency furnace for our home. They helped us with the paperwork to get a rebate from our natural gas supplier and they explained the changes they made to our heating system. I highly recommend Paris!

Very happy with the work and advice from Paris. Trustworthy, responsive and professional. Got a heat recovery ventilator and water heater installed and they fixed some other issues they found with my humidifier that was improperly installed by another major Rochester HVAC company. I called Paris Heating and Cooling because I have a third floor apartment it has always been extremely cold. We were told by others the only alternative was wall units since the heat was just not getting to the radiators.
Ed was amazing! I will refer everyone that needs their services. He was so knowledgeable and professional. All said and done, we did not need expensive wall units at all. The radiators just needed to be bled! We need one part for the boiler and he made the next appointment while still at our house. I am singing your praises!!! Thank you

Our AC froze over and the company we usually use could not come out for a week and a half. Called Paris in the morning and a few hours later they were there. Ed checked out the situation and informed me that it needed to be replaced because of the age an unavailability of R22. Ed patiently answered my questions and went over the options. Ed made some phone calls and we quickly had an install date. Furthermore, with some hot and humid days coming up, Paris loaned us a couple of portable air conditioners! I had a few follow up questions that I texted Ed and he responded in a very timely manner.

Install day came with little fanfare. The installers showed up on time, did the job, and left a clean work area. The AC was on before the afternoon heat kicked in. I don't recall the names of the installers, but they were polite and professional.
