Tony and Tanner installed an American Standard A/C unit in my home, they were courteous, efficient,did a good job and cleaned up after. They did a fine job. I won't hesitate to call Paris in the future.

After seeing how they installed my parent's system, I wanted them to do mine as well. Rob is great at giving you plenty of options as well as answering all my questions. The install was quick, surprisingly quieter that I expected and I couldn't be happier! Ed and Rob were great with the install!

Lost heat overnight and needed to make a spur of the moment request for a tech appointment. Paris set me up on the list and within an hour Tech Mike was on the way. Mike was very knowledgeable and efficient in his job and explained everything that was happening. When he completed his work , we have heat! Thanks Mike and thank you Paris! Highly recommend!

Unexpectedly had to replace an old furnace. It was a pleasure working through the quote with Mike, and Anthony & Dan were great during the installation. Would definitely recommend and work with them again.

I have used Paris for a number of years. Had a problem with my airconditioning unit and they were prompt in coming. Mike diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the part necessary under warranty. Once it arrives they will install it and I will have my unit up and running.

We unexpectedly needed a whole new system right in the middle of the summer heat and had just brought home a newborn baby. Paris went above and beyond to keep our young family as comfortable as possible. Once the new system was installed, we did have a part malfunction and need replacing and Paris was extremely responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend choosing them.
