I hate workers at a job! What I love is representatives of a company that take pride in their work and craft. Not only did I meet a Professional technician of his trade, but a person that is growing in their company to seek and accept responsibility with knowledge and grace. I took a chance watching the commercial and trusted them with my heating and air conditioning ventilation systems. I couldn’t be more happier, but I was when the prices reflected working class people first and company profits last. Great worker integrity, Great Knowledge, Great Company. THIS COMPANY TAKES ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR CITIZENS!!They came and gave us an estimate and told us that we needed freon, 5lbs at $120.00 a pound. They also said we needed a dye test to find the leak. When they came back they filled the A/C with freon and was told that there was a slow leak and we didn’t need the test. We believed him! 2 weeks later we turned on the A/C (because it has been under 68 degrees the past 2 weeks). The A/C didn’t work so we called back. They told us that the freon leaked out. They told us that it would cost $968.00 to get the more intense diagnostic test. We would also have to pay another $606.00 for the freon again.
I called to let them know that when the tech came he said the we didn’t need the test. Now we have no A/C with an asthmatic 81 year old women on a fixed income. Whose husband just passed away 2 months ago That she needs to now pay $1600.00 to just make sure this is the problem.
This company will sell you the world and stab you in the back. NEVER NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! THEY LYE AND ARE DISHONEST. THEY TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF SENIORS

Everything was done quickly and with little effort on my part (which is hard to find nowadays!) From having my system looked at and receiving an estimate from Mike Levin and Rich to the measurements being done by John and concluding with installation and removal of the old systems by Brett and Josh. The process was painless and me and my boys are now all set for whatever weather gets thrown our way. Thanks for the professionalism. I would highly recommend!

Very Professional and prices are reasonable compared to other companies. I had new A/C, Heating System, Water Heater and Generac Full House Generator installed by them. They are very responsive and completely explains if there are delays and installations are very clean.

I called clarkstown heating and air condition they came and didnt fix anything they charge me $250 and then they came the next day and charge me $150 for nothing they didnt even fix the boiler and they wanted me to change the whole boiler system and qoute me for over 18k .and they issue was the ignitior that cost me only 40 dollars to buy ? Stay away from this company the worse possible ever i wish i can give them 0 star ?

Had a leaky 9 year old hot water heater. The guys from clarkstown were there in 30 min! They had a new one installed within a few hours and my home had its hot water restored within a few hours of first noticing the problem. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly, good with my kids and my pets. Highly recommend this company.

Clarkstown Heating and Air dismantled our old air conditioner and installed a new air conditioner in our home. They performed quality, neat work and employees were very helpful and professional.

Just really wanted to shot out Ricky! He saved the day and was able restore our heat in our home. He is truly exceptional. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. He went above and beyond with taking the time to answer all my questions and thoroughly explaining everything. I even called the office and requested him to always be the one to come service our boiler. Thank you Ricky.

After reaching out to another local service provider and not getting any response at all for several days, we reached out to CHA&C who responded within two hours and job was quickly and satisfactorily completed. All who we dealt with during the process were a pleasure to deal with.

Two of our home AC's decided to stop during a sever heatwave. Clarkstown Heating and Air got to us in just a few days. Fixed one machine and had to replace another and our furnace. They said it might take up to 2 weeks and it was just under two weeks that the install took place. The guys who came and did the work were friendly, professional and very very helpful in getting the units properly synched up with our google thermostats. Great job and much appreciated.
