The first time we ever used them two months ago, Clayton provided great service on behalf of Clarkstown Heating. He arrived to install a new boiler in my basement. Everything was executed according to plan. Besides being very efficient at work, he turned out to be very polite, professional and well-mannered. Despite some challenges encountered while performing the job, he tackled them all with a smile. It was a pleasure to have him work in my house.
I used Clarkstown again in November and this time too the service was prompt, efficient and of great quality. Tommy, the service tech listened attentively to my requirements and tried his best to perform to our satisfaction. Their service advisor, John, is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful too. He has always guided us in the right direction and works in the customer's best interest. I would highly recommend Clarkstown Heating for a job well done at an affordable price.

Got numerous estimates from local companies, Clarkstown was by far the best from the initial salesman Michael Levin to John the install manager and Clayton Taylor the installer they were great. I was very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work all at the best price by far and the best equipment, American made I may add. I don't usually leave these reviews and no one pushed me to write nor was I offered anything for it but please if you live in the Rockland area and need to replace your a/c don't even have to waste your time getting other estimates. Clarkstown is by far the best.

Sal, one of their techs serviced my heating system a couple of months ago. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He adjusted my baseboard heating system (the temperature of the circulating water was not set correctly). We experienced such noticeable comfort after the adjustment. From the very first consultation at my house, to the finished product what an experience. Nothing but professionals ready to listen and come up with the best install possible. I’m my case I was completely updating my central air while moving the locations of both units. Clay was so knowledgeable and professional, all while being so nice. I had some ideas for the install and they WANT to accommodate you. Clays ideas on some things made my finished product look amazing. Clayton came for the past two days to install my new air conditioner. He and his team were very professional. They laid out foam carpet so the floors wouldn't get dirty. The job was done perfectly and even though it's not hot outside yet, the air conditioner works great. They tested everything and showed me how everything works before they left. Can't be happy enough. I highly recommend them.

After getting a few quotes for a Heating and Air Conditioning units, we chose Clarkstown Heating and Air Conditioning Company for the job. There quote was the lowest and Michael guided us through choosing the right configuration and placement of the condensing units to save us the most money.
Clayton and Danny did the entire installation with impeccable perfection. I was concerned about how the refrigerant lines be installed. With Clayton experience, he was able to suggest the best route of installing the refrigerant lines instead of going around the back of the house which makes it an unpleasant sight. That is one of the best decision that was made on this job. He cut through the walls in the basement and thread the lines with ease. I was expecting a mess and more dust but I was pleasantly surprised that it remained rather clean.
We had a furnace,1 air handlers and 2 condensing units installed. I have to say that Clayton and Danny took great care in working in my home. They were careful in every way possible so as not to damage any in the house and making sure no mess is left behind cleaning up the mess everyday. The best part about this job was that it was completed within 3 days as promised and all the works were neatly done and organized. That is phenomenal turn-around time. They were always punctual and Clayton always let me know what to expect every day they were working. He explained how the units work and how to care for them like the Thermostat, humidifier, air handler, furnace, filter change, maintenance, etc.
Clayton and Danny were very easy to work with. We highly recommend them for your installation and we are so glad they were chosen for this job. Thank you for keeping us warm this winter and cool this coming summer and beyond.

Selected Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning to replace my old Central Air Conditioning unit. They provided a fair proposal with extras that other contractors didn't even note. They were very helpful throughout the whole process, explained things and there was never a push to select them. Every person who they sent to work on the unit replacement such as Clayton & Danny were very good and polite. Always explained things before proceeding and also asked for my opinion as well. Cleaned up after themselves and were extremely quite. Can say I had a great experience with the team from Clarkstown Heating & Air conditioning. Keep up the hard work.

Mike Levin estimated the job and was very professional in knowing exactly what was required to replace my furnace and water heater. Clayton the installer arrived at the date and time agreed to and he and his team delivered a professional and hassle free installation. They had all the equipment and parts needed and did a very good job. After the installation Clayton answered my questions and he and his team left the site clean and clear of all debris.

Found dealing with Clarkstown to be a very pleasant experience. All the employees were helpful and easy to deal with. Looks like they did a good job for me and the price was the best out of all the estimates I got.
