Clayton and Dan recently replaced our air conditioning system. They were prompt, friendly, and professional. They explained everything to me in laymen's terms, so I understood exactly what they were doing and how to work the new system once it was installed. They cleaned up each day after they'd finished working, and Dan was even kind enough to bring in a large package that had been delivered to my house, which was too heavy for me to carry in. Overall, a wonderful experience with Clayton and Dan. I'd recommend them very highly, we're very happy with their work and professionalism!

Used Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning for a furnace replacement after another company refused to even look at the furnace without stating "it needs to be replaced." While we did end up replacing it, the team at Clarkstown was professional all the way, available for all my questions through the process, and did an incredible job actually installing the new furnace. On top of that their quote for replacement came in below the other firm who wouldn't even troubleshoot the old furnace. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

Rob and Jimmy did a repair on our AC unit yesterday. They were timely, cordial, efficient and competent. They had the system diagnosed and repaired in record time, and they were clean and pleasant to boot. A very good experience to back up the fair and efficient installation we had years ago.

They just replaced our 20 y/o Central A/C. From start to finish everything when smoothly The estimator came promptly when scheduled and explained very clearly what our options were. Once we decided, A visit was scheduled for a supervisor to inspect the attic and yard to make sure there would be no issues for the installers to deal with. He was very acomodating and we were able to and access issue to the compressor location (my wife's flower beds). We were taking a short vacation and deferred scheduling theinstallation for a week or so until we returned. When we did and called for an appointment it was scheduled promptly. The two installers arrived on time. They were great!. The work proceeded quickly, efficiently and neatly. They started at 8 and were done before 5. All in all it was an outstanding experience well worth the price. I would recommend them without any reservation

Bruce created a detailed set of estimates for us so that we could determine the best options for retrofitting an old system. He takes his time with his customers to explain the pro/cons of each option down to the long term costs of ownership. Pricing was on point vs other options and his response time was timely.
John and his installation team performed one of the cleanest installs of equipment I have seen in near blizzard conditions. I certainly offered for them to delay the installation due to the weather but they said they stick to their word and finished the job on time. The installation team was a pleasure to work with and left the house as very clean.
Post work followups with John and Bruce for questions were very responsive and supportive.

I had a ductless ac unit installed yesterday, and so far very happy with it. Phil, Randy and Tom came out for the install, very courteous, friendly, and professional. I have an older home and thought the installation would be a nightmare, these guys made quick work of it and left my house just as clean as they found it. After getting this all setup I realized I had a few questions, called the office this morning and was promptly helped by Bruce, who answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them.

Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning installed our new Carrier Central Air Conditioning unit in May, 2018. From start to finish, this was an excellent and professional job. Initially, Michael provided the basic information, costs, rebates and options in a thorough and logical fashion. John then visited and inspected the site and described the locations of the condenser, air handler and registers in each room. Both men were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Next, over a two-day period, Clay and Dan installed the unit. Special praise is due to Clay and Dan. They were not only prompt, the were actually early for work on both days and swung immediately into action. There was no idle time, no loud conversations and no radios blaring. Clay and Dan are true professionals who worked tirelessly, effectively and quietly. They are highly trained, highly skilled and very experienced installers. Jobs like this have the potential for disruption and disorder. Thanks to Clay and Dan, there was none -- absolutely zero! At the end of each day, they left the work site neater and cleaner than they originally found it. As further testament to their professionalism, they were consistently cordial, polite and never too busy to answer a question. Everyone we dealt with at Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning were very professional and courteous. Our technician went above and beyond during our furnace replacement. He was professional, knowledgeable, and left our house as it was before. We had a great experience!

I had 3 mini splits installed, all went well until the next day when none of them had working AC and condensation was building up on the units, and dripping onto the floor. The outdoor unit had froze up because not enough refrigerant was added during installation. I called and they were able to send someone out the same day, and solve the issues.

From start to finish, the process was made very simple. Everyone did their job well, making this a positive experience. Workers were efficient, neat, quiet. Also, Sarah in their office is awesome; pleasant, always helpful and quick to get appointments scheduled. Highly recommend!
