Entire process of installation of split duct AC/heat pump was extremely professional and very satisfying. Excellent price, quality personnel from the salesman to field technicians. They treated our house like it was their own. Mitsubishi units are working excellently, whisper quiet. I’ve already recommended Clarkstown Heating and Air Conditioning to neighbors up the road. Recently had Clarkstown Heating & Air Conditioning replace my entire A/C system. The price was fair, and the process was painless. They completed the job in one day. I must say , Clay and Dan did a great job , and were very neat , and careful through the entire process . I am very happy with the results .

I used another firm that I won't mention to install a ductless system. It was a disaster but the manufacturer at least covered the warranty on the compressor unit. I asked Clarkstown to install it even though it wasn't one of their standard units. They did because they are a local family company and care about being able to serve their area no matter what. I've had a few other issues with the units and every time they come through even though it's not their preferred system and they could just as easily say they don't want to deal with it. They never try to price gouge me and always stick with it and really operate professionally. Thank you to Rich and to the service technicians who've held my hand with this system the last few years.

Hired Clarkstown Heating and AC to install air conditioning in our house when we previously only had window units. From the quoting process through installation, everything was great. Mike takes a lot of care and attention during the quote visit to understand our needs and explain the options. He walked me through the calculation for sizing the units and was very helpful. The installation went very smoothly and they were very clean throughout, sweeping after themselves at the end of every day. I definitely would recommend them!

We talked to a handful of companies before we decided to get a new HVAC through Clarkstown. They were the easiest to work with (it took a few days to just get a quote from the other companies, but CHA gave us a quote right away with clear explanations and the price was reasonable). We did have a couple problems and miscommunication with them after the installation, but they were fixed in a timely manner. We can see that they value their customers and try their best to maintain good service. We are still happy that we chose them.

Excellent Technician, new his Heating and AC Systems. No followup from office on a recommended repair that tech wrote on work order for followup from a month plus ago. But tech was excellent and did what they had to.

We have been enjoying Clarkstown H&AC service for almost 35 years and when the AC system finally failed, we naturally turned to them for help. They gave us a great price for replacing the entire system, compressor, air handler and ducts. We were given a very reasonable job start date, and the crew was at our home exactly 8:00 that morning. Courteous, friendly, and professional, the job was finished in the 2 days projected, and the guys cleaned completely. We are enjoying the cool air again, and will of course want to keep their maintenance service agreements.

Everyone was excellent! Clay and Tom the installers of our two new furnaces and compressors were great! Their work ethic is out of this world. I have never seen such dedicated and intelligent workers.
We were very lucky to have them installing our new equipment. Seeing the way they worked made me tired. It's really nice to hear and be with people who like their company and jobs. I recommend them and I hope they never change!
