Durk has been to our house multiple times for maintenance and he is always very friendly and professional! We love the work Falso does!!

My upstairs has never been as cool as downstairs in 38 years until Falso installed my new A/C and Furnace. Cori and James were excellent installers and totally professional, very impressed with their work. Also had Tankless Hot water installed by Sam. He was alone and needed help and did a good job with very lengthy install. Not too impressed with General Manager telling me that someone was going to finish a few small items the next day and I had to call several days later and they sent a very surly young man that thought he was doing me a favor and had no idea of customer relations. When I asked him if he had an estimate on how long this little job was going to take (3 hours into his stay) - his reply was "it'll be fixed when it's fixed" - I was expecting a better answer of "I am having difficulty and should be done in 45 minutes. Cori - James - Sam - and sales team of Rhonda and Travis get five stars. The other tech would be at best a three so thus a four star rating.

AJ and Tim were great! Very knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing while they were doing it and thoroughly went over my options when the time comes to replace my 20+ year Lennox furnace/AC.

The Technician Tim came out to diagnose an issue. He was very pleasant and professional.

Dirk, Josh and Ben were informative, on time and efficient in our furnace maintenance needs. No complaints.

Not only did they come same day when I did not have heat, but both Josh and Josh’s services were truly outstanding!!

I called to have a gas water heater replaced, they scheduled an appointment the next morning but sent a sales guy instead of a plumber/tech. The guy spent most of the time trying to talk me into also replacing my furnace and air conditioner by purchasing some kind of service contract for 10-15 years. The salesman couldn't answer if the HVAC system they install used 24v control or not, and they had flat rate pricing for everything which was much more expensive than other companies but also somehow wouldn't include basic modification to the vent for the standard hot water tank he was pushing when I asked for a short which wouldn't need any modification.

I went online to find a local plumber. Filled out an inquiry questionnaire and was then called promptly by a Falso representative asking for the identical information I already completed on the online questionnaire. They never notified me prior to arriving. I received a call that the plumber was already at my home. I left my office and arrived shortly thereafter. Plumber arrived and asked if I was a member. Long story short...after diagnosing my problem in 5 minutes (at a cost of $192.00), he advised that the kitchen sink faucet needed to be replaced. Estimated cost of the repair (with no guarantee that it would be completed in one weeks time) would be almost $600 (with me purchasing the faucet). This meant the total cost of the repair would have been $792.00. I paid for the diagnostic visit and asked him to leave my home. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I would never recommend FALSO....EVER! Use a local plumber, ask a friend or neighbor. No customer service. DO NOT USE THISCOMPANY FOR ANY SERVICE NEEDED IN YOUR HOME!!!

Alex and Ray did an outstanding job fixing my air conditioner today. They were professional and quickly found a solution to my problem. They repaired my AC system in under an hour. I highly recommend Falso for your air conditioning needs.

Justin and Nick were very professional. They explained what they were doing and why they were doing. They both knew what they were doing and did not have to waste a lot of time trying to figure out what was wrong.

I would recommend Falso HVAC To anyone needing service. They are both professional polite and explain things very well.
