Seth and crew were outstanding. Called to confirm time, arrived on time and were exceptionally respectful and professional. Seth provided excellent oversight and leadership to support and instruct crew while willing to stay as long as it took to get the job done. He also spent as much time needed answering any questions I had. Very impressed. 1st time with Falso and worth every penny.

At first we loved them, but we had one sink that had major issues, but then we noticed that the sink was loose, which it had never been before they fixed the plumbing underneath. Well, we just had the plumber Eric come over and of course they are not taking any responsibility, but he said he was going to discuss it with someone at the office, 15 minutes later he came back in and said that there were new baskets that were installed, but that was never documented so they were saying it was our fault. Well, we are advantage customers with them and have a contract so they are the only plumbers we have had in our home. I also told them we are not plumbers and would never touch something we know nothing about. So Eric just left and I called them to tell the lady what had happened, so she was supposed to talk to Eric and the manager but has not gotten back with me. So much for being Advantage customers! So now we have a detached sink we can't use! Thanks for nothing Falso! Don't use these folks!

Nick E the electrician came to give me an estimate for circuit . breakers on June 29th The circuit breakers were installed on July 7th. Nick was very professional and did an excellent job installing the circuit breakers. I was very satisfied with his service. I

Garret, Tim and Nick were great!! They repaired my heating and hot water issues in a timely manner. They are all very skilled professionals who guided me every step of the way with pricing and updated me on any additional issues that they had encountered while repairing the boiler and water heater. I appreciated the great customer service that was provided along with being very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. Thank you for great service!!!

Electrical work completed today. Nick did a fantastic job! Very thorough, clearly explained the situation and how it is to be corrected. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone, friends and family. His work was professional, and very fairly priced.

This was my first time having issues with my furnace as a new home owner. Alexander and Rhonda did a fantastic job! They were fast, efficient and very kind. They explained everything to me in detail and they left me feeling confident that I could call on them In the future!

Niko and Nick did a great job servicing my heating system and adequately explained what they were doing and thoroughly answered my questions. They were courteous, professional, reliable, and personable. I didn't feel pressured to get any additional services, but they were explained to me very well. I even managed to get a service contract through them. I have worked with Falso Service Experts since they installed my HVAC system in 2017, and I've never been disappointed in the quality of their service or their response times. I have recommended them many times over the years, and I will continue to do so as long as I can! 5 stars from me!

Alexander was super helpful and did an awesome job! He explained everything exceptionally and made sure to check every part that could go bad and gave me a choice on replacing it. All I can say is he did an awesome job here at my house and would definitely call him back if there were any future problems.

Nick did amazing work. He came right in gave us a few options for our electrical issue and was able to come up with a solution. I am very pleased with his work. And will be calling FALSO again with any electrical issues we may need fixed in the future!
