    I want to give a big thank you to this company the workers are amazing I had josh Charles and Shaun and durk they went above behind to help me and suites my needs with all the furnace issues I have had in the past they very helpful walked me threw the process of getting this furnace they did amazing work I love the new furnace thank you guys again it was very nice to walk in to home I had heat very friendly and very professional

    Falso installed a new furnace in my home this past February. It was installed correctly and works well, but when it was installed, the workers left a gouge in our hardwood floor going into the basement, and also damaged our front porch, which is poured concrete. We contacted the owner and he eventually sent a contractor (of his choice) over to assess the damage. The contractor came and told us he’d check in with Falso and get back to us. That was over a month ago and we have still not heard back from Falso.

    In the meantime, Falso technicians came to perform a routine maintenance check on our AC unit in May. The AC had been working fine before they came, but after they replaced a part that they deemed necessary to replace, it wasn’t working. They came back when we called this in - turns out they hadn’t reconnected the wire securely enough.
    Now that that’s fixed, a couple days later, our hot water stopped working. After all this other drama, we went with another company to come check it out. Thankfully, the issue was only that the hot water heater had been turned off and it was an easy fix. BUT, the Falso techs were the only ones who had been in the utility area or near the hot water heater. Not saying it was done on purpose, but it’s another annoyance associated with Falso’s work.

    We love our yearly maintenance plan with Falso Service Experts to service our 15-year old rusty tin can AC and our 10-year old furnace. They are never pushy with sales and always help us understand what they're seeing. This Spring 2023, the AC was finally showing signs of reaching its end of life, and we knew the furnace wasn't far behind. For this reason, we had Falso install a brand new Lennox AC and furnace. The salesman was extremely helpful, professional, and patient with answering our abundance of questions and concerns! They helped fit our budget and installed an AC and furnace of such high quality I could only dream of having—complete with a brand-new smart thermostat, as well! The installation crew was incredibly professional and friendly as always and did a FANTASTIC job on our complex installation. It's always a pleasure to work with Falso Service Experts for small maintenance appointments and repairs to large reinstallation projects! The Lennox machines are of superior quality and offer fantastic rebate, tax credit, and extended warranty options. Very excited to have a comfortable and energy-efficient home for many years to come with Falso Service Experts!

    Josh & Joshua were friendly, professional, knowledgeable and timely. They replaced my malfunctioning condensate pump in under an hour rerouted the drain line so it drains properly. Additional alterations to the unit were suggested to improve air quality and lower electricity bills, all in language I could understand. Months of anxiety and high electricity bills ended today. I’m glad I made the call. Thanks again Josh & Josh!

    I had to have 2 sink repairs done. The man they sent came in my house and felt like a home inspector instead of a plumber. For example, he mentioned to me he thought I had sheet rock installed above my shower instead of water rock. He said i needed furnace filters replaced. Also, he was more concerned about the small water mark on my ceiling instead of what was wrong under my sink so much that he even missed I had 2 problems wrong with my sink and only quoted me for one of them.. My father had told me before i had 2 problems with the sink and he is not a plumber but could fix anything. Unfortunately he had passed before we could get to this task so this left me having to call a company. The man they sent to quote me was also very persistent to try to sell me the membership (you pay them monthly on a contract) and probably told me about it approximately 5 times even though I repeatedly said no thank you it doesn't seem like a deal to me. In my opinion, he was trying to get as much money as he could and was not focused on the specific job I asked him to do. When i was telling him i wish i could of fixed this problem on my own since it cost 425$ to exchange my sink faucet with the one i bought and 191$ to get a quote (171$ of that price going towards the job if i choose to go through with their company) he said to me "you remind me of my wife" which i dont think was a compliment lol. The woman on the phone i had to call several times to try to schedule the repair for many weeks and since the company made the quote when they were in between changing to a new computer system they lost my information she said. She had finally told me i had to tell her parts people what part i needed to repair my sink and have it sent to their business... i had no problem at that point doing her job as well but couldnt get a hold of their parts people when ever she transferred me they would never answer. However, the gentleman who came to do the repair his name was Eric and the other worker in training with him I dont remember his name but they were amazing and I appreciated them for getting the job done fast with the best manners even with my 2 toddlers running around the house during the repair :-)

    I used Falso for plumbing and for furnace maintenance on a couple occasions. They are always kind, professional, knowledgeable, fast, and on top of what needs to be done. I needed a new garbage disposal and he didn't have one in the truck - ran to the office, was back in 20 minutes, and the whole job done in less than 2 hours. Always super friendly, and very communicative - easy scheduling too!

    Kodjo… worked very hard, and was very methodical. He explained everything….and never stopped….what was extra special he told me how much he liked his job. That’s a great employee!

    I’m adding to my review, because the first review was for a rental property that I own this review is for my personal home. Kodjo and Zach were here most of the day I have a lot of ductwork. They never stopped working except for lunch. They were efficient and I was very comfortable having them in my home. They were a great team and did a great job. It was surprising to see what came out of a couple of the ducts and we had a couple laughs about that. Call them if you need this work done!!
