Falso Service Experts

Called to get a simple bathroom faucet installed. I told them to pick out a basic faucet.
They came back with a quote of $946.00. I was appalled. If I picked out a faucet installation would still be $600.
I will try DBR instead.

AJ, Jack and Sam were all very courteous and friendly and explained things in terms I understood. Sam even reset my thermostat to where it was before they started working.

Adrian and co worker did a great job. Very pleasant and courteous.

I also had removal and installation of a water heater. The company regularly kept me updated with expected arrival time. The technician Garrett and assistant were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with all aspects of my experience with Falso Service Experts.

Josh, Seth, and Sean made the need for a new furnace as painless as possible. Seth and Sean did a great job with installation. My house is toasty, and the air feels cleaner already. I need a bit more time before I review the furnace, but the service was top notch. Thank you!

Was a customer of the maintenance plus program where we paid monthly to have a discount on service calls. We had numerous issues with the folks that were sent out and have had to cancel.

1. We had repairs done to our A/C unit- were quoted one price, then when the parts came in two weeks later we were quoted for a price that was 50% more.

2.Called a plumber out from Falso, was quoted $700 for work, the work was to replace a 2 inches of corroded copper pipe and to change out the back of the toilet because it was running and we had the parts for the toilet. The tech was rude, and said it was so much because he is an expert and trained for 5 years and that his boss says that is the price. I called a local company and had it all fixed the next day for $250 and were very friendly.

3. Had service scheduled on my furnace for a tune up, tech came out and said that we also needed a plumber to come out another day and we can't be home. A tune up should be done in one day unless there was a problem, but my service receipt was sent blank.

I don't mind paying extra for value, however charging 300% more than competitors and also not making customers feel appreciated is not value in my opinion.

So I called this place for a clogged sink , fist man shows up with a snake not long enough. And tells me "sorry I can't help you" so they call another man that had the correct equipment , mind you on the phone with the office lady they charge 250$ a hr her words . Then the man that showed up said oh its flat rate 450+ 99$ show up cost . Yes 550$ to unclog a drain outrageous!

Chad and Kodjo were the best. I would give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond expectations!

BW Cook did a great job on reinstalling our tube heater. They were quick, polite, and did quality work.
