    Tim and Nick came over to do the maintenance on our AC unit. Very professional. Very polite. Identified a possible failure point and explained the issue. Had the part on hand to be replaced. Speedy and fast maintenance and repair. Definitely recommend.

    Rhonda was impressionable and knowledgeable… she made sure before she left we were set up for the next few maintenance appointments which is so vital because life gets crazy and otherwise things get put on the back burner ! Tim also was very knowledgeable !!! We appreciated their expertise! 10/10 would recommend!

    The receptionist told me wife on the phone (after being described that we bought a gas dryer that needs converting to propane) that YES “we do that”. Set an appt to find out that as soon as they got there that you in fact DO NOT do that. We had to find another contractor to do it (and it’s still not done because the appt is 2 more days away) when if she knew what she was talking about, we could’ve had it done right the first time, and had an appt set earlier.Teach your employees better!

    I purchased a new stove. I called Falso to hook up the gas line since the actual installer did not know what he was talking about. Eric was prompt, professional, honest. Once Eric connected the new stove I noticed the stove’s left side extremely damaged. Eric unhooked the new stove and reinstalled my old stove until I could get another new stove. Since I already paid for the hook up, Eric stated to just call when the replacement stove arrived and Falso will hook it up with no extra charge. The next day I had the replacement stove. I called Falso. It turned out Erica was the service person again. Eric stopped by and hooked up my stove. I am so grateful for Falso and Erica. I am the primary care giver for my husband so I was relieved to have Erica and Falso take service my stove.

    No accountability. Be prepared. Falso was my fourth call to a plumber to get a toilet installed as I was shopping around, and they struck my attention because the lady named Reagan on the other end reiterated multiple times that the plumbers carry a few basic toilets on the truck and they typically even run to a local store to pick one up time permitting if for some reason they did not have one. Awesome.......SO I THOUGHT. I cancelled my toilet purchase and decided to purchase one through Falso as I was practically sold on the concept. I repeatedly told Reagan that it was important that they call ahead of time if they do not have a toilet and she even documents this experience in her notes.

    Well, to my surprise, a terse lady by a different name calls day of a few minutes before letting me know that they are on the way. I obviously ask if they have the toilet. She rudely exclaims that they never have offered toilets and they do not do such, and, even as I am questioning the disconnect between the previous phone call, she interrupts me to read the exact notes Reagan left explaining the toilet situation, still acting as if I am in the wrong for expecting them to have a toilet. Honestly, not even that upset about the lack of a toilet. Yes, my family only has one toilet and this will put us out even longer, but I would have at least expected ACCOUNTABILITY for their own words without accusatory tones toward the customer. This is the epitome of gaslighting and a RED flag as far as how they would handle any shotty service.

    Why was she going to gloss over the fact that they did not have a toilet and still send these men to my house? Because it is a lot easier to waste gas and collect those nearly 100$ trip fees than actually doing your job.

    I hope that we, as consumers, will support businesses, unlike Falso, that care about their communities and STAND BY THEIR DIGNITY!

    The team is Josh and Josh and their service was remarkable. Always prompt and on time. They were beyond respectful, courteous, friendly, and clearly have a great working dynamic. The appointment was fast, informative and we enjoyed connection and laughs along the way. 14/10 recommend and would love to have these service men back again!
