Called through "Google Guaranteed". First time ever calling Falso for anything, and the last time. They put you through a very wordy customer service rep who I think is named Axel who was difficult to understand, asked me how my day was going (really?), and wound up pushing me to set up a service call without mentioning price. When I asked about price, after a few words from Axel, the line went dead! Needless to say, I didn’t call them back, nor did they call me back (they already took my contact info). Strange how hard the rep pushed to set up an appointment without ever mentioning price until I asked.
Jack and Jason were very professional and friendly. They took time to explain the maintenance items they completed and what to look for in the future. Completed their work very efficiently. Glad to be using Falso Experts.
Falso was the only company to get back to us in a timely fashion when our furnace died on us. When I say timely, I mean within an hour they returned our call. Our furnace broke down at night in late December of 2021. It was after regular hours. They showed up that night to look at our furnace. Only charged us $99 for the service call. Other "companies" answering services told us it would be $200-$300 just to come out after hours as an "emergency" call. The other "companies" also said they'd have some get back to us within 24-48hrs. Well, that wasn't going to work for us. It was 20° out and no heat? So, Falso figured out the problems with our unit and discussed our options with us. We decided on a new furnace/ac system as our units were almost 30 years old. Falso showed up the NEXT morning! Spent 12 hours straight taking out our old units and installing the new ones. They even hauled away the old units! They did a great job and cleaned up as if they were never there! So, I will tell you, I am very impressed with Falso. I would recommend them to anyone needing new furnace/ac or just service work! Thank you Rhonda for your quick response and professionalism!

Alexander was amazing. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and completely knowledgeable. He was in and out within 45 minutes for my dirty flame sensor and kindly changed my filter. Good to know there are good honest companies and people out there.

Purchased a new hot water tank from them. After a month the tank had an unexpected gas issue. They gave a 2 hour window to have someone come out and look at it. Their plumber was here before the time scheduled and had the gas line replaced and hot water running within the 2 hour window. Excellent service call, would recommend them. And of course no cost to me.
