Not good. I believe that every business has the right to make money and turn a profit. My heat went out on March 29th and I have 2 young kids and a wife. I needed an inducer motor for my furnace. $200 for them to come over and look at it. They told me $910 to fix the problem. After they left, I researched the part and found out I could procure it for $189. An 800% mark up? I called the salesperson josh to ask him why. "we would check the ohms the system puts out". Central air was inop so called Falso. Technician came over, said unit was shot, said fan motor was the culprit, I asked for a repair estimate and never got one. They sent a sales person over after to try to sell me a new unit for 10k. I called another company, the capacitor was inop, not the fan motor, tech fixed it instantly. Falso literally tried to charge me 10k for a 300 dollar repair job, I will never use them again because they are dishonest, they didn't want to try to fix my unit, rather they wanted to sell me a new one and it was obvious.
I can't say enough good things about Alexander and Jake the Dog! They are courteous and knowledgeable. Not only did they do a great job for me, they were so accommodating to my very anxious dog. Thank you to them!
Kodjo from Falso arrived today for my free Advantage Plan annual air conditioning system maintenance. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He noticed my water heater next to my furnance/A/C was older and in need of replacement. He explained how affordable replacing it could be when added to the Advantage Plan. Falso is the best in all heating/plumbing issues in this area. I bought a very old house that required a completely new heating system as well as hot water heater. Despite many challenges due to my 98 yr old house, the technicians patched together pipes, did extremely detailed work, and worked close to a 12 hr day to do all this for us. My very experienced master plumber was Corey, who was simply amazing, & together with his assistant plumber/ HVAC Dominick,( also great) showed wonderful skill, endurance and professionalism like I have never seen before , although I have owned several past old houses in upstate New York, and have worked with other Master Plumbers. I can’t thank them enough, nor say enough about their skill & level of professional experience. Falso is #1 in my book in this area. You could not do better.
Josh and Travis were courteous, responsive to questions, and did a great job of explaining what had happened and what our options were. We were very confident in their work.

Niko was on time, professional, and friendly. He arrived got straight to work and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Niko also let me know that a collogue would be stopping by to get readings and made sure that was ok. I had a few questions about the system and the surrounding space, Niko answered all of my questions and was very professional while doing so. Charles arrived introduced himself and got straight to work. He looked at my system and made one recommendations to me. He did not push the recommendation, but gave me the pros and cons of adding the humidifier to my system. I said I wanted to discuss it with my wife and he was very supportive and gave me his card incase I decided to go though with the addition. I was supposed to have my Tankless water heater also maintained today and asked if someone else would be coming. Niko immediately made a phone call and found out he was supposed to do the water heater also and got straight to work. All told I am very satisficed with how this years maintenance was performed and would like to say that every Falso servicing I have experience has be excellent. Niko and Charles did outstanding work and deserve to be recognized for their performance.
A month ago they did a good job repairing my furnace but last week the furnace shut down again. They came and did a diagnostic check and said the control board and gas valve were inoperative and would cost $1400 to replace. They turned off the system and left me without heat. The next morning, a salesman from another company stopped in to give me an estimate for a new furnace. He turned the system back on and it worked perfectly. It's been working ever since - no repairs needed. I should also add that their estimates for new furnaces were $18,000 to $29,000. Most estimates from other companies were from $5,000 to $11,000
