I had a problem wih an air purifier. They do not service these, but the technician and the dispacher were very helpful.

Over $500 for a $20(at most) part that legitimately took no more than 15 minutes to install(and that includes taking the old part out), and no breakdown on the receipt. On time, friendly, and knowledgeable, but what a rip off. I advise everyone to shop around. You'll certainly find someone more reasonable.

Was having an issue with the compressor of a newly installed York central AC unit from the previous owner. Couldn't find the actual dealer who installed it, so manufacturer warranty didn't cover.

Called a few different service guys, some of them were pretty amateurish and it felt like they were guessing on what the problem was. Most took a quick look and said my compressor completely blew due to faulty installation, wanted $3K-$4k to install a brand new compressor with limited warranty.

The guy this company sent seemed to know what he was doing from the start, really took his time and looked at the entire system. He then figured out the issue was due to the amount of refrigerant inputted into the system during installation.

He mentioned he saw the same issue at another house with the same model (experience counts); these newer models require the refrigerant pressure levels to be perfect, otherwise the compressor shuts down to save itself from potential problems. Older models allowed refrigerant levels to be a little off. The installer probably didn't know this and put too much refrigerant in during installation. Anyway, the guy let some refrigerant out to get the levels exactly right and the compressor started right up. Haven't had a problem since.

Thankfully I got a fifth opinion from these guys before making any decisions, saved me thousands. The minimal service fee was more than worth it. They actually came twice as the weather on the first day was too cool to test the AC, so they came back on a hotter day and found the problem; charged the service fee only once for both visits. Would highly recommend!

White mike installed condensate pump and left the pvc pipe bent and didn’t remove card board for pump to work. Left me with water all over my boiler room floor. Mike P came very pleasant and professional. Made proper repairs and cleaned up also. ASK FOR MIKE P
