I had the pleasure, and luck, to get Mike P. from the Deer Park, NY office as my tech. He arrived on the job promptly. He was friendly and very courteous. He, and his co-worker, Roberto, went right to work. They tore out my old gas furnace, and replaced it with all new pipes, heating system, and electronics. Mike P. also corrected connections that were installed by the previous owners incorrectly, and dangerous. He is the "go to tech," in my book. His professionalism, and wonderful demeanor in doing his job for the customer was outstanding. Mike P. was willing to explain every aspect of what he was doing, and explain it in such a way that you completely understood what he was saying to you. Mike P. is a workhorse. He gets the job done, and done right, the first time. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and experience..his friendliness and customer service was top-notch. I would highly recommend Mike P. to anyone. If you want quality, great customer service, and a job done right..ask for Mike P. to be your tech.You will not regret it.

Very good experience.. highly recommend.. on time very professional and don’t try to give you a problem when there is none. Inspected everything well and Mr. Tom was very nice, respectful and explained everything very well. He checked everything throughly and didn’t make a problem when there was none. Definitely will be adding them to my list of maintenance for A/C units. Highly recommend and look no further! Reasonable priced as well. Thank you for a smooth service.

Mike P was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional. The labor and repairs needed were explained as he was working and he answered all my questions. He took the time to make sure the system worked well before leaving. Great experience. I would definitely use again and recommend.

He educated me on the components of my cooling system which enabled me to make an informed decision on how I wanted to proceed. The next time I need repair service I will call One Hour Heating and Air and request Mike P!!

Would've given 5 stars but upon installation we felt pressured to sign with them. Then the installation crew made a huge mess, threw our valuables in any box they saw in the basement and left screws and dust all over the part of the basement that was being worked on. Then the way everything was attached was horrible and started to fall apart within days. If it weren't for the "manager" who signed us up for the installation returning to check how the work came out, nothing would've been fixed to look nice. Seriously, for the price, we deserved to complain and make sure the job is done right and look nice. However, Mike who came to do an annual maintenance, which by the way we were never told that we get this free because of the warranty, Mike was awesome, informative, professional and extremely nice!!! He definitely gets 5 stars and made us feel more at ease for choosing this company!

Was thrilled with the service. The owners are responsive and ready to support. Installed a new system and duck work. Amazing job. So professional looking. Had troubles with other AC for a while but Mike P to the rescue. Troubleshoot everything and wouldn’t leave until we had our AC back working perfectly. I had such a great experience with One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning. From the first phone call to the installation, the company has been great. The customer service has been phenomenal. The technicians, Jake and Mike, were very pleasant and extremely informative while they were here. By the time they had left, they answered any questions I may have. I will 100% be recommending this company to friends and family.
