Mike P and Mike responded to my house on time and both were courteous and Mike P had more knowledge, regarding my issues, than other service person I ever had at my residence. Apparently Mike P was mentoring the other Mike. Mike P was a great teacher with all his tips and procedures for taking care of any HVAC issues. Even I learned a lot. If you need HVAC service please call One Hour and you certainly won’t be disappointed.

Mike was very professional and honest about the issue we had with the cooling unit. He identified the issue expeditiously and repaired it right away. Mike is a really great technician! When you call One Hour Hearing and Cooling be sure to ask for Mike - he is the best!

Think twice before calling this company. I had used this service the past weekend and was not satisfied at all. I was ripped of for a repair that cost me over 1200 dollar which did not even fix the problem . in addition the manager George said he would give me a 10 percent of the bill which was not even done when I paid. Also the crew member that came left 2 parts of the outdoor ac unit on the ground and left. Still trying to get a hold of the owner George and haven't even gotten a response from him. Not a Great experience.

They were able to come early and fixed the problem. Fast response and professional. Will be using them again.

Second time using them after I got their comfort club membership last time. Made a service call and got a scheduled appointment for next day! The technician Mike P. was very helpful and solved the AC issue.
