    I was already a happy Ben Franklin customer but now needed a furnace repair. They brought in this affiliate and I am so pleased with the excellence and professionalism of this company as well. Mike worked seamlessly with Andrew, the Ben Franklin associate, had such a friendly and helpful attitude, and exhibited great expertise in his field. I totally recommend this company!

    Horrible horrible company and worker Mike they should fire him. I called them to fix a problem with my furnace after 4 visits and lost work hours and $1000 later they didn’t fix the problem they literally robbed my money and now don’t want to refund but give me credit to buy a unit so they can rob me of more money. They are suppose to be backed up by Benjamin Franklin a good company that I can’t believe it. I still have no heat the main complain I came in with is still there. I am fighting this charge. Mike took advantage of me I thought the guy knew what he was doing but obviously none of the issues they said was wrong with the machine was wrong with it. They changed the part charged me money didn’t work, came back said was an electrically problem paid money for the electrician not the problem, came back said was another part and it still wasn’t working changed my old part back now they come out that I have to replace the unit just like when they first walked in. From the minute they walked in no diagnostic yet and he said I needed a replacement. After that he barely touched the machine to do a diagnostic. The worse company ever and I will do what i have to do to fight it.

    Mike P. was very knowledgeable and made sure we understood exactly what he was checking on to fix our AC. It was stressful to be facing a possibly expensive repair and he was very sensitive to this and did all he could to put my mind at ease. The AC system has been working perfectly ever since Mike P did the work.

    Roberto came on time, within a few hours of our call, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He took his time, and really worked effortlessly to provide excellent service. I am so happy we called this company after dealing with another place that only wanted to “sell” us on a new unit. Would definitely recommend them! Thank you.

    I am disappointed with the technician, I guess they work by commission because I called for an issue that my heater wasn’t working. I don’t know much about heating system (which is what the technician implied) but I do understand when my boiler is on and not giving an error code. He barely touch the unit itself and he connected his test wires to the thermostat wire in the electrical panel and stated that my boiler is no good because it comes from Germany and that I would have to replace the whole unit an estimate of $10,000. However I notice when he connected his wires to bypass the thermostat that wasn’t responding the house started to heat up. I pointed it out but I was told it has nothing to with the issue. I decline his solution. I called in a second option who I explain what happen. All we had to do was change the thermostat. A $27 dollar part that is all it took. I am appalled by this service. I wouldn’t mind the $85 dollar charge for his 10 mins if he actually knew what he was doing. Perhaps he didn’t understand the unit (he looked clueless) he should have admit it which I would have respected more. I would like to believe this company is not about being crooks.

    They charged use $2000 to diagnose that our Fujitsu split level had a leak, but not to fix it. My wife, reasonably, thought the price was for repair, not just the diagnosis. Was told that to fix it would be over 13,000, which is about what we paid for that system and the one on the other side of our house, combined. The guy was very nice and apologized for the price. Was able to get another quote and the cost to fix was less than the diagnosis. Unbelievable. These guys are crooks.

    Had a routine heating maintenance job done by One Hour Heating &AC. My technician was Ankron Taylor. As I have come to expect from this company, their service is top notch. I am a hands on person and asked Ankron if I could watch and learn; he had no problem with that and patiently explained what he was doing and why. The heating inspection was not just a walk in walk out type deal. He tested all the base boards on all three levels of the house as well as the showers, faucets, water storage tank etc.. He didn’t just wait for the heat to “pop on” and move on to the next; he waited until each unit threw constant and steady heat before going on to the next one. As always with this kind of thing there were a few things that needed repair. I was given several options on how to amend the repairs and felt no pressure on which to choose. It was late in the day but I was hoping to get the repairs done that day if possible because like all of us, scheduling things such as this can be difficult at best. Ankron was willing to stay and do the work that day but did not have one of the parts on his truck necessary for the repair ( I must state that it was not an ordinary part but a specialized part ). He called his boss and explained the situation and the owner actually drove the part to the house while Ankron worked on the other repair. It pays to use a trusted local company that is willing to do things like that to accommodate the customer. Kudos to the owner for doing that and a top rating to Ankron for his professionalism, knowledge, and above all patience in addressing my situation. He is a definite asset to this company and I would definitely ask for him if he is available.

    Mike P showed up at my house on time and I explained the problem and he pinpointed where the problem was and he fixed it right away.
    Excellent service. I will definitely call again for the service.
