I had the siding done on my house and I have no idea why, but they took the fuses out of my two AC units and put them back upside down. I could have been totally taken advantage of as I would have done anything to fix it as my house is in contract and I had to fix it. Michael put them back correctly and checked out the units and said they were fine. Would totally use again and recommend!!!

Our heating system suddenly stopped working and the house was so cold. I called this company and a tech was dispatched within 5 minutes.
Andrew, our tech, arrived in a timely manner wearing a face mask and shoe covers. He was very professional, run the diagnostics and figured out what the issue was and solved it. Very efficient!! Thank you Andrew! Your hard work is appreciated.

Mike and Roberto were very knowledgeable, professional, and caring. They came in determined to get to the bottom of the problem after I explained to them what was going on. They took their time, didn't rush to leave, it was a big different from the techs they have now to the techs the company had 6yrs ago. I would definitely recommend them they did an awesome and great job and were able to solve the problem. Definitely would recommend them and the company to anybody, thank you for fixing my problem.

The 2 techs that showed up today were great. Mike was training another tech. You could tell he knew his stuff. They trouble shot the system and figured out what was wrong. They did not try to push a new unit on me even though mine is older. Mike did give me a quote for it but did not push it on me. They were very professional and they came quickly I called Monday late afternoon and the techs were here early Tuesday morning. Again I highly recommend. They had the part in their truck and now my cac is cooling and we are a happy family. 😊

Representative was on time. He was courteous, respectful of person and property. He seemed very efficient in what he was doing and got his job done. Readily answered questions asked.

I called One hour yesterday after calling other places who did not even call back or care about my situation. I had the pleasure of dealing with Mike P. a phenomenal technician. Mike P sat there and listened to everything I had to say about my issue patiently. He immediately diagnosed the problem and rectified it right away. He is very personable, pleasant, calm, and has a great attitude, all obviously very important in dealing with customers. This was my first time using this service and I am satisfied. Do yourself a favor and call no one but Mike P. he will solve all your problems hassle free.

Overall a great experience. Mike P. was my technician and was simply amazing. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. He fixed my system and made sure I knew what and why he was doing everything he did. Will definitely use again in future and would highly recommend.

They quoted one time price ($79) on the phone and then tried to get another $199 to diagnosis the problem. Was told the $79 was to understand the problem and then the remedy would be extra. Never gave me a quote to fix it. In the house for 45 minutes and tried to charge over $500. The part cost $24.50 retail. Refused to pay it and they lowered it to $410.59. Do not trust this company. Can't tell you about their work until I see if the problem is resolved in the long term

We had the pleasure of the kindest most respectful man serving our AC. Mike was patient and cheery while we were barking mad at the heat created by an AC malfunction. Kudos to this company for having such a good employee! He fixed the problem & never waivered from a smile! I recommend them highly!!!
