Breathe Easy of CNY has been my go-to for heating and air-conditioning services for several years. They have never let me down. Their installers are fantastic as well. Always courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Dan and Sam recently installed my new air-conditioning unit after Breathe Easy helped me keep my old one working for as long as possible. It was over 20 years old and Breathe Easy helped me get a few more years of use before it finally gave up for good. Dan and Sam were great! They installed the new unit and cleaned up very well afterwards. They answered my questions and made sure I understood the new changes.

Last year my heater, also very old gave up and of course, I contacted Breathe Easy. The crew they sent that time were also courteous, professional, and explained everything very well. I do not remember their names, however I will not forget their professionalism and expert knowledge. My winter was much more comfortable thanks to them and the whole Breathe Easy crew. I highly recommend this company. They hire the best!

Ryan and Bruce showed up on time and ready to install my new hot water heater. They were respectful of my space and cleaned up after they were completed with the install. During the process, they kept me aware of changes being made to my environment (water and gas off). I always call Breathe Easy when we are in need and they have not let us down in both of the homes we have lived in over the years. I have been a Breathe Easy customer for about 10 years now, having had new HVAC systems installed in 2 homes - and have always been incredibly impressed with the service provided. Any team member I've worked with from the wonderful ladies who manage the office, to the service techs, right up to Herb the owner have been professional. Their prompt response to calls/needs, thorough explanation of what needs to be done, and upfront competitive pricing have made any interaction a positive experience.

Most recently, Bill McDermott has been to our home a few times over the last month as we needed our air condenser temporarily disconnected and reattached, and our entire unit was due for annual maintenance. Bill is friendly, always on time, and very professional.

I have used Breathe Easy in the past and have been pleased with service. Dan and Sam were awesome, got my new a c. system installed, and were here all day. They paid attention to detail and were wonderful about cleaning up before they left.

We've been using Breathe Easy of CNY for years and they never disappoint. Ryan and Bruce installed a new furnace for us last week. They arrived 5 minutes early (perfect!), were very professional, and finished in less time than we thought. We are very happy with and highly recommend Breathe Easy of CNY!!

I've used Breathe Eazy for a furnace replacement last year and the did great work. The original install was all wrong and they corrected everything. I recently had technician Don to another house to do a check up. He found a few things that would have caused my problems later that were fixed by him. Don is super knowledgeable and friendly. As a matter of fact everyone who I've had contact with there is friendly and helpful. The only hvac company you need.

Always friendly, do what was promised. Sam and Dan were on time, professional, and ensured all my questions were answered regarding my central AC installation.
In the past, Herb even diagnosed an issue over the phone regarding a building contractor who extended the furnace PVC vent pipes for an addition, but failed to pitch them properly, causing condensation to accumulate and impede air flow.
We have recommended BreathEasy to others.

Donny does it again! Central air unit was blowing air, but it wasn't cold. Donny came and diagnosed the issue of a bad capacitor. Replaced it on the spot as he had the part with him and now it's nice and cool in the house. Thanks again Donny and to Susan too, for setting up the appointment. Such a great great company!
