This company is top notch. Estimated arrival time was 4:30 and the technician pulled in at exactly 4:30 and it was only 2 hours after my initial call. Thirty minutes later the technician was on his way home and I had cold air cooling the house again. Thank you again and you will be my first call in the future!

This company put in a new HVAC system in a house we had purchased in July 2018.
Efficient and professional techs, and all appeared to have worked there for quite a while and were certainly knowledgeable They were also able to remove a very old and dangerous wood stove that had been in the home for years and was deemed a hazard by inspector and fire dept.
A few weeks ago I called them for a checkup and Jason came out and solved a problem caused by our original ductwork making thumping noises. I can sleep again.!
Three days ago I started smelling a light odor of natural gas in the house that I never noticed before. I finally called the gas company and the representative went through the house and cellar, checking for leaks, but told me I had none.
Then I called Breathe Easy...Herb fit me into his schedule on a very bad weather day...came over and checked things out and asked a lot of questions..Brian joined him shortly with a gas detector and within 30 minutes Herb FOUND THE LEAK! They asked when I would like it corrected and we opted to do it immediately.
Brian stayed and did the repair . I know you guys run into these problems all the time, but there are not enough words to thank you all for taking the time to help me. I know it was a small leak, but I SMELLED IT, and knowing it is repaired means the world to me.
Thanks, everyone for continuing to be a first rate company. So many companies out there do not even deserve to be in business, so it's a great plus when you meet a team of fair, skilled pro's .
