Excellent - I Highly Recommend.

This week when I could not get my 20 year old hot water heater pilot lit,
I knew it was time to get the help of a professional. At the same time, I
I decided to have my gas heating boiler checked and cleaned. I called Breathe Easy,
and the helpful and personable dispatcher took my information and put
my mind at ease. By the next day, one of their service reps, Don,
arrived right on time. Within minutes I felt confident that he was knowledgeable
and experienced as he checked things out, and clearly and throughly explained
his findings to me. As it turned out, there was a crack in my old water heater, and, by
the next day Don installed a new Bradford White and removed the old. He also inspected and
cleaned my heating boiler - with thoroughness and great care!
More than just that, though, he checked out the gas lines in my basement and
detected some small gas leaks in my 60 year old pipes.
He carefully checked out each leak as the detector went off, and showed me
the area of each. He will be back in a day or two to repair and replace all
of the leaky areas of pipe and connections. I am very appreciative that Don went
“above and beyond” to meticulously check for and identify the multiple gas leaks
in my old pipes. The last thing I will say is that the rep regularly was in contact with the
company owner, Herb. Herb is “hands on” and is in constant communication with
his reps by phone and Face Time. Moreover, the service rep spoke very highly of the owner
and how dedicated he is, and how well he treats both his customers and employees. That tells me a lot, and is why I highly recommend this company. John R.

We had central air installed and I couldn't be home, but my sister was there to let them in and preform their task. The techs Ryan and Bruce were very polite and professional which I am grateful for it. Thank you guys for being kind toward my sister as she did me a big favor.

We had mini-splits installed. They were fast, and thorough, and always neat and polite. Ryan and Bruce were friendly and very professional.

* DON * Came out to check our furnace. I called them & within 30 minutes he was at my house to take a look. Thank god he came quick our furnace was dangerous. Had to replace the whole furnace, flu & thermostat. He got us a great quality furnace & thermostat and its being installed within 7 days of my first phone call! So glad i called them first! The lady who answers the phone is very helpful & kind as well! Didnt catch her name, but thank you for your help! My family needed heat quick & they made it happen!

Our furnace quit 1 AM today Christmas Eve and Don from Breathe easy was amazing. He came, fixed our furnace but more importantly he explained everything in a way I understood. He was honest and professional. This world needs more people like him!
