Jason installed an iWave ionizer on my furnace today. The entire experience, from the initial call to inquire about the system, to the installation was flawless. Everyone is professional and efficient. I ran a business for decades and would hire any of them.

I contacted Herb regarding the failure of my furnace during a snow storm. Within an hour Herb and one of techs was onsite and got my system back up and running quickly.

Herb is very professional in handling of customers and I was quite impressed even though no one was home, they protected our flooring by wearing booties over their boots.

Donald Shaver spent most of the day (9/9/2020) thoroughly cleaning our ductwork. As it turns out most importantly he found a propane leak in the basement that apparently has existed since the propane tank and furnace was installed. We are so thankful!!!

1st time homeowners and first time we came home to no heat in -6 weather. Called Breathe Easy after hours and left a message on their emergency line. I was immediately responded to, and was put in touch with someone who tried to troubleshoot the issue before sending someone out. We were unable to solve the issue so they sent a tech out asap. I was called shortly after by the polite tech who gave me an exact window of time he would be out to my home. JC was able to quickly address the issue and restored heat to our home immediately. He also spent the time to explain the issue to someone who had no idea about boilers and offered some great tips to help my product last for years to come.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company!! This is how a company is supposed to do business.

Jason and Adam were great! They were right on time, very friendly and good with our dogs. They looked everything over and explained everything thoroughly and in a way I could easily understand. We will certainly use them again in the future!

The company has always been courteous, professional, and always very knowledgeable in their field. Their technicians have always been very pleasant to deal with. The technician, Brandon, who did our maintenance today was very pleasant and did a wonderful job. I recommend this company very highly.
