Don was the best. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. He checked our heating and cooling system completely to make sure they both were running the way they should. I was very satisfied with the service he provided and we will be using Breathe Easy again.

Don came out to do a basic yearly service and when I told him I thought I intermittently I smell propane in a closet area near the furnace, he did a thorough inspection of the piping, found the leak and fixed it right away! Quote was right on- repairs completed and I’m one happy customer!!

The crew of Jason, Don and Ryan did a great job on my furnace replacement and new air conditioner install. They completed the entire job in one day. They were courteous and as neat as was possible during the long challenging day. System works great and I can highly recommend this company. Herb, the owner, worked with me on the details of the job and met all my requests. Highly recommended.

My furnace started making noise 2 months after Jason replaced an Inducer Motor that I purchased on-line. As usual the part was 10 days out of the warranty period when I inquired from the business that sold it to me. I called Breathe Easy again and Jason responded to make an assessment. Rather than throw more money in to a 12 year old furnace I had a free estimate for complete replacement of the furnace. Mike came out and gave me a competitive estimate and I decided to go with a new furnace. The complete process only took a week before I had a quiet heat source again. The professional, courteous and friendly treatment that I received was second to none. Every one at their business that I dealt with was more than accommodating from Herb (Owner), Mike (Sales & Estimate), Jason (Service & Repair), Liz (Reception & Scheduling) and definitely their Installation Team of Kevin and Paul. The on site transition from old to new only took less than a day and all old equipment was removed and the work area was left clean. I appreciated the professionalism and safe distancing protocols that Kevin and Paul exhibited during the changeout. This is a company that I would definitely highly recommend and will continue to use.

We installed a new heat pump system. The guys (Kacey & Ryan) did a great job. Very neat and clean. They took the time to explain how it works and what to expect as the weather changes. Very pleased with the installation.

I just had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Breathe Easy and I couldn't be happier. From my first call with Liz to the follow up after install with Mike was A+! To say Don and his crew went above and beyond during the install is an understatement. They were very professional, knowledgeable, clean and punctual. Don answered every question I had in detail, in terms I could understand. I couldn't be happier with his work. I highly recommend them for any work you may need!

Highly recommend Breathe Easy of CNY. We had Jason C. come this morning to do a heating maintenance check and investigate a problem we are having. He was here on time, very professional, explained what he was doing and recommended some improvements. The service was top notch 👍 Also had an estimate from Mike on another heating issue and he too was on time, answered all our questions, made recommendations with no pressure, and we received our estimate within 2 working days. Excellent service! Kim and Carolyn were especially helpful and informative whenever we have called with questions. We plan on having more work done by Breathe Easy in the near future!
On 10/16/2020 we had Don Shaver come to clean our heating/cooling duct work along with the cleaning the AC coil. He was also punctual, friendly, informative, took time to explain all procedures before and after the job was finished (showing us pictures before the cleaning and after the cleaning) and answered any concerns or questions we had. He even helped me move furniture back in place when he was finished! The job was spectacular, neat, and clean. We appreciated Don's work and will welcome back Breathe Easy of CNY for our next service!
