Gordon was a lifesaver for my elderly father. He was professional and most importantly HONEST & FAIR. My father can use his hot water heater now. Gordon also worked in conjunction with Niagara Mohawk to get his gas turned back on. I would give Gordon more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you Gordon so much!!

I found GMA Heating and Cooling through a local Facebook group and I’m so glad I did! Our furnace stopped working on a Sunday. I was able to get in touch with Gordon on Monday and he was able to fit me in right away! He was at my house in less than 30 minutes and it didn’t even take him another 30 to diagnose the problem. He even noticed something wrong with how the furnace was originally installed and offered to fix that too. He called around for the part needed to fix my furnace and got us the best deal, then got our gas fireplace working so we wouldn’t freeze. He was back at my house in 3 days to fix everything. Would definitely recommend to everyone! He was the most reasonably priced out of 3 different quotes from area HVAC companies and was very knowledgeable.

I called Gordon on Friday morning of Labor Day weekend with no hot water. He was recommended to me by a plumber friend of mine. He was leaving to go out of town that afternoon, but first came over and repaired our hot water/boiler issue. He was at my house within an hour of first talking to him and it was all done within 2 hours. 10/10 service would recommend and will use again. Thank you Gordon!

We recently purchased a home and needed a new AC and Furnace installed. Gordon was quick to come out and assess the work and we were able to get both replaced before we moved in for a reasonable rate. Would recommend!

We came home from work one night during the winter to our house at 60 degrees and the furnace wouldn't kick on. Googled local heating companies and GMA Heating and Cooling came up. My husband called and Gordon was at our house within a half hour, easily diagnosed the issue, and promised he would be back the next day because it needed a special part he had to order. Quality work and someone who knows the trade VERY well because of his years of experience. I like hiring a guy who knows how to solve an issue quickly and correctly because THEY have the knowledge. I first called called GMA about 2 years because of "word of mouth" and he was a local business owner and is the one doing the work himself. Since then I have used his services 5 times and don't even bother calling anyone else. I trust his work, his honestly and integrity. Recommend to everyone when they ask me who to call.
