Service Tech. Craig was very professional, courteous and friendly. Listened to my concerns and the issues with our ductless split AC system and was very thorough in his diagnostics to determine the problem in the system.

Craig was thoughtful and explained the cost to repair/replace power lead line from the system head to the compressor. Job was professionally completed and system functions accordingly. Craig sets the “Gold Standard” for other service techs to follow.

I was just looking for an estimate for AC but Manager Mike Grabowski did a full energy assessment. From the outside to the inside, basement to the attic, they will take measurements and pictures and only recommend work if it will actually be beneficial to you. Really honest and professional business.

Syracuse Energy Systems to the rescue. We had our furnace repaired about a month ago. The staff was very responsive, efficient and courteous. They took no time to delay in making sure we were taken care of. Fast fwd to today when our furnace stopped producing heat again before the Christmas storm. Sue was so sweet and kind making sure I felt our problem was important to them. Craig came out in a timely manner and was able to fix the problem right away at no charge. To say we are relieved is an understatement and we thank the team at Syr Energy for their time and dedication. Definitely will use them again!

Very responsive, they were able to schedule a visit within a few hours of the call at no extra cost. The tech, Craig, was polite and knowledgeable. He explained the issue and pricing then performed the repair and had everything working again within an hour.

I called their office on Monday afternoon and was able to get the owner to come out within a few hours to look at my a/c unit. He came back the very next day and fixed my unit within an hour. Another company told me I needed an entirely new unit without even looking at it but Tom was fair and responsive. I would not only utilize him again in the future, I would also recommend him to anyone looking for HVAC services.
