They got ONE star because unfortunately I have to give them one in order for my to leave a review. They’ve been in my house TWICE. The first time I was told “the issue was resolved, ok perfect. Turns out the issue wasn’t resolved so they came back, I was told the same thing…”issue is resolved” can ya guess??? NOPE! It’s NOT! They told me they were going to be in today at 9am it’s currently 5:14pm and no one has come! I called them at 4:40 and went to answering service because “they closed early”?? WHAT???? Currently haven’t had a heater working in three days and they like to just play games, my kids, dogs and myself are currently freezing, not to mention it’s going to be -6 tonight!

Daniel Welch, Welch & Co Jewelers. These guys responded quickly to my business, same day when my usual outfit couldn't get me a tech for 24hrs. Woodcock and Armani was very professional and understands the needs of a business. The technician was very knowledgeable and resolved the problem within a couple of hours. I highly recommend them to anyone.
