Tom was very personable. Made a point to make sure my kids weren't stuck without a furnace overnight. Didn't sell me anything I didn't need. Suggested no more than what I did. Price was fair. I'll use his service again if my furnace acts up again.

We had a problem with our A/C unit and saw a truck in North Syracuse Route 11. took their phone number and called when we got back home. They came out that same day and got our unit back running in no time. We were glad we saw their truck. We plan on having them come in the spring and do a check of our unit before the heat of the summer comes.
