Ross Heating & Air Conditioning

Terry hooked up our gas pool heater for us. He provided us with all options of how we could go about it and gave us pricing up front, he was able to get over for a quote within a day of reaching him! He provided so much education and an answered all of my questions for me! He came out to complete the work within a week and a half (which would have been sooner but weather added some hold ups), so we really appreciated the timeliness of it all!! Him and his crew were very time efficient and the work was very neat and clean, we were so happy with how he left things and how it all looked. He followed up with us after the work was complete and even came back over to look at something that I asked him about. Since then he has remained available for questions and followed up again just to make sure I had no more questions as a first time pool owner! Def recommend him and will call him again if I have any other projects / needs!

My son is disabled and only had an electric heater to heat his mobile home. I applied for a grant that would help him obtain a furnace. Terry Ross got the bid and agreed to do the work. The first meeting with him, it seemed like he was knowledgeable and would be a good fit to perform the work. He came on may 4th to install part of it And a week later to complete it. The furnace wouldn't start. He then said he had to order a part, on a new furnace? A few days later, he installs new part, furnace still won't run. He blames fuel supplier for not having enough pressure coming from tanks. Fuel tech comes and installs new regulator on tanks even though he says it seems fine on his end. Terry returns and furnace still won't run. He still blames fuel suppliers set tech. Asks how big this guy is cause he's gonna knock him out. I get a hold of set tech and he comes again. I watch set tech check pressure. It is completely fine. And furnace still won't run! Terry tells me he's losing money having to keep coming back. He then says he has to order another new part. Yesterday, 7-3-23, a new part was installed and 2 months later, the furnace ran. He told my husband that we should be happy we got a free furnace. This was said in front of our son, which made him feel horrible. Terry is very unprofessional with a huge ego. He gets very annoyed if you ask any questions. Consequently we have 2 bills from fuel supplier for having to keep coming out to check pressure when the pressure was just fine. I told Terry I would forward them to him, seeing how it was his fault. He got all defensive and tried to talk over me saying none of this was his fault. Who has ever heard of a new furnace needing so many new parts?? If I could give him a zero star rating I would. Please shop elsewhere.

I called Ross to look at my furnace which had stopped working. He showed up the same day at the time he stated. He was very knowledgeable and trustworthy and offered me a few options.
I will use Ross for ALL of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future. Outstanding service!’

After 2 months with a different company that installed a unit that didn't work Ross promptly came in and knew exactly what was needed and was installed. Pleasant and professional service.

I hired him to install a furnace and ac package. He wired a two-stage furnace in single stage, dummied up a furnace filter because he did not want to buy one, did not install furnace brackets...my furnace moves, did not cap off old duct work, left half the duct work unconnected, no ac trap and much more. I filed a complaint with BBB, please read it, he is not knowledgeable and does everything the cheapest way possible, which will end up costing you a lot more in the end, as it did me!

I would give him a zero if I could! Did as cheap as possible for him! Got a “brand new” furnace from him and have had issues with having no heat since! I noticed there was tape on the furnace because it was all banged up when he put it in! He does a cob job! Then tells me there is no warranty! It’s obvious he has no idea what he’s doing or just clearly doesn’t care!!

One of the coldest nights ross him self got me up and running...Man of his word very genuine...will be my go to and refer to FAMILY!! Thank you so much for making my Saturday much warmer

I had to replace my furnace and Terry had the job finished earlier than he originally quoted because the cold weather was coming in and he supplied us with space heaters until he could get the new furnace installed.
