I've been relying on this local business for years to maintain my HVAC system, and they consistently provide exceptional service. The father-son team is trustworthy and highly skilled. The woman I spoke with for scheduling appointments was also incredibly friendly and responsive. Their top-notch service and friendly support make them my go-to choice for HVAC maintenance.
We were very pleased with the service. The young man was very responsive and efficient. Fixed the problem and it was within our budget. Definitely will use the again if needed.
I cannot attest to the quality of work Shane and Sons does because, due to what I can only attribute is bias against my lender, Shane and Sons did not complete the job.
I called the company to diagnose my furnace which was no longer blowing air. The young man that came to my house was phenomenal! He told me exactly what was going on, explained why this happened, and the specs of the equipment I had. He helped my choose a new furnace and I left the interaction feeling valued!
I secured a home improvement loan from Home Headquarters and as such, the organization needed Shane and Sons W9 to pay the contractor. Shane ignored 3 requests to complete the form. No verbal communication about any concerns he had. Just plain did not answer. Because I had 2 other large projects tied into that loan that needed to begin, I had to choose another company.
The tech that came out initially, called a few days ago to say he was on the way to complete the work (I forgot we set an appointment date when he came). When I explained what happened, the young man was extremely remorseful and apologized for the situation.
If it’s your goal to do work with people who have strong values and integrity, not sure if this is the company for you. I’m very disappointed because I trusted that tech. It so sad when the leader of a company fails not only the customer but their employees as well.
heating furnace died , called them to shedule a repair , their office is 2 min away from my house , recept. proudly told me they did not service my area. What a loser.
Great first experience with HVAC company in syracuse. During a busy season we were able to get same day service (Thursday) for a failed condensate pump. I believe the technicians name was Jason. He was up front about pricing and knowledgeable about options for our budget! Will be repeat customers in the future!
I had no heat, my furnace kept turning on and off and my usual guy wasn't available and sent over a friend, but it wasn't what they had thought and recommended that I call Murrays who wanted 100 to walk in the door, the other person though it was possibly an expensive issue. So, read these reviews and gave a call. Was told an hour and Jason was here in twenty minutes. He was professional and friendly. He fixed a faulty wire for less than what it would have cost me to have Murrays walk in to the house!!! Super impressed. A dishonest person could have just told me that it was the control board (which is could still be, as he was upfront about the possibility). So refreshing to deal w/honest people. Thanks so much. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
My mother told me to call a certain HVAC. I called them, and apparently they didn’t need to answer the phone even being open 24/7. So I googled HVAC repair and Shane and Sons came up. Ic called them and within 3 rings picks up with a professional opening. Now I am bought in. I explained my situation and he got a technician out to my house within an hour or so. The technician was very intelligent and his listening skills were top notch. He told me my unit needs to be replaced seeing as it’s 30 years old but assured me we would be back up and running tonight. So I am going to use this company to replace my unit and also install an AC as well! Thank you Shane and Sons. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know that will need any work done!
Called Shane on the advice of a friend. Our AC stopped working--it's 89 in the house. Explained the problem and Shane will be . here tomorrow. Very pleasant and responsive person on the phone-- Read all the 5 star reviews--hope to add my own , so only 3 stars now.
Shane and Son came right over because of loud banging in pipes. They discovered the problem was a switch had been turned off. They did not charge me! Wonderful honest company. Highly recommend them!
Have used Shane and Sons for quite a few years now...they deliever what they say they are going to do show up on time as promised..GREAT. customer service...very down to earth and treats you kindly and with respect...do not think you will have any problems with them as they stand behind their work...
