I called T mark for an AC tune up. Dave E. arrived on time, work on my AC unit. He notice my levels were alittle low, show me how to clean it . I appreciate it because the AC won’t be running all day. He made sure everything was good before he left. I am very happy with the service & time he spend talking to me.

We were in need of a new hot water system and T-Mark quoted us $1,000 less than the first company we checked with and they got us in very quick as we did not have any hot water. I talked to them through a chat online and it was very easy to set up the consultation. They are super professional, letting you know who is coming to your house and what they look like before they come. They also share some back story to their employees. The entire experience was easy and painless and actually pretty pleasant. The day of the installation we needed a lot of work done for the new system to be put in, the guys worked an almost full 12 hour day and when they were finished, the work they had done looked immaculate. So much nicer than our previous system that was about 10 years old. They were very good at explaining things to my husband and I as well. The financing options they have are also a big plus. One other thing that made me really appreciate this company was that about a week after the installation they sent us a package with a lunch box filled with cookies. I will use this company for future problems and maintenance and I will definitely recommend them to anyone! Huge thanks to T-Mark, and Keith and Bill who did our installation!

Mike and Kyle just installed a completely new boiler system for me. They did a great job and even stayed over on the second day so my tenants would not be without heat and to finish the job. Our hot water tank started leaking. I called another place first (which I won't name) which was closer to my house. They couldn't get out to my house quickly and also seemed to not really know what was going on--- phone tag--- but the price they quoted over the phone for replacement was reasonable. I then called T-Mark. They had a guy over to our house almost immediately to assess the situation and give us a quote for replacement or repair-- they said they needed to see the situation first before giving us a free estimate. The tank needed to be replaced. The quote they gave was higher than the first place by a fair amount--- but I decided to go with T Mark because they just seemed more professional. Boy, am I glad I did that! They had two workmen out the very next day. We requested they wear masks since we have high-risk people who live here and they did not give any pushback at all, which I appreciated. They finished the job in two hours, then explained the new system to me
in a professional manner as well as explained maintenance. What's more, they had found a dead animal in the natural gas exhaust exit and said that this was dangerous and could have resulted in our death due to carbon monoxide poisoning if the animal had blocked the exhaust completely. They said this was likely because our chimney did not have a metal mesh covering the opening that would prevent animals from getting into the chimney. They recommended I call a chimney place to get a mesh covering installed, which I did the next day. So, not only did they replace my hot water tank, the T Mark guys may have saved our lives in the long run! Thanks T-Mark! Totally worth the slightly higher price! These guys are pros!

I’ve used T Mark for years and they’re always professional, punctual and very nice. I get email reminders ahead of time, the guy contacts me when he’s on the way and he’s always VERY professional, never dirty or sketchy. Just had my AC seasonal service done and the guy Dave was awesome.

When water appears where's it's not supposed to be, it's never good. I read so many good reviews for T-Mark, I called them. Now, I'll add my good review to the list. From Abby in the office keeping me calm, to immediate confirmations of my appointment, to the on-time arrival of my plumbing expert, T-Mark Plumbing, Heating & Cooling did not disappoint. Ryan was kind, professional and very clear about his repair process; as well as discussing the costs, so there would be NO surprises. He cleaned up after the work was done, so now I can relax. Received phone call this morning.rrsponding to e mail last week,that he was nearby and could stop in for estimate,if we had time. He came in 10 minutes, observed and took photos of what he needed,gave us a reasonable estimate, awaiting our response when we're ready Respectful and professional!

We called T-Mark to help fix a line in our house that broke. They came out earlier then the time given and fixed it in no time. Would definitely call them again. There very nice , knowledgeable and professional.

Liam was on time, he efficiently tuned our AC and was knowledgeable; explaining what we needed to keep our AC unit running efficiently.
