Had a furnace, a/c and thermostat installed by service pro heating and cooling. Sam came out and gave a very fair estimate with no (BS). Not like the big heating and cooling company that tries to sell you everything except the kitchen sink. Sam workmanship spot on. I just had Service Pro (Sam) install a new furnace and air conditioner in my home. The original lasted 28 years and it was time for the investment. I did a lot of research and got multiple estimates and Service Pro was by far the best all around…..I’m so happy with my choice and would HIGHLY recommend them. It was so reassuring to know that Sam gives you the estimate and does all the work. The other companies sent salesmen and I wondered if they had ever installed a furnace or AC before. One salesmen told me I needed a much bigger and expensive unit then I truly did. Sam was honest, answered all my questions and gave me a great price. He and Sean did all the work and the quality of their work is impeccable….you can tell they take great pride in it. I’m extremely happy I chose Service Pro!

Sam came out in the fall to do routine maintenance on our furnace and at the same time I asked him to provide an estimate for installing A/C. He gave me an estimate and suggested I get in touch with him in March if I wanted to have the unit installed, which I did. He scheduled us in and discussed the unit he recommended and how he and his team would be installing it. He stuck to the estimate he had provided me, even though I know there may have been some supplies increasing in price.

When we got close to the time of scheduled installation Sam was so communicative, unlike other technicians I've worked with. I knew exactly when to expect him and when he would be returning. He was professional and punctual, as was his employee. An added bonus was that when they installed the A/C they made an adjustment to our HVAC system that made it so much quieter. It's been a big improvement.

I told myself I'd wait until summer was over to write a review, in order to give a strong assessment of how the air conditioning performed. Now that it's almost October I can say that we were so happy with the unit all summer long and we are so glad we found the Service Pro team to install it. It really kept us cool and functioned flawlessly. We highly recommend Sam and his team for all HVAC related needs. We'll be having him back out to service our furnace and if any other needs arise.

Our first time calling Service Pro was several years ago, and we haven't called anyone else for Heating/ Cooling needs since. We've had 2 furnaces installed (at 2 different properties) as well as various repairs to heating and cooling systems. Sam came and inspected my system. He prepared as very fair estimate. He got right to work very shortly after I accepted the bid. Did a nice installation and clean up. Job was well done and completed in a timely manner. I recommend them highly!

My furnace died at the end of January, called service pro and they came out that day and were able to repair temporary my furnace till parts could come in, they came back a week later and totally repaired my furnace, and did a full check up of my heating and cooling system, great guys to deal with, super friendly, and great communication with them. Sam is very particular about performing the installation properly. He took time to show me the issues with my former installation and how the job should be done. Overall, a solid Rheem unit was installed and, more importantly, a solid, quality installation. I highly recommend his service. It is so important to find a technician who cares about his/her work, and does a quality job. The difference is noticeable, so take time to get the right technician, as I did!

We called Service Pro for an estimate. Our furnace is older and required a repair (from another company) a few weeks ago. As per our our request, Sam came to our house and inspected our furnace. Rather than push us into the purchase of a new furnace, he told us that ours was still in decent shape, but that if we wanted one that was more modern and efficient, he could give us an estimate. In other words, he was honest! Sam inspires confidence and demonstrates trustworthiness, and we will be turning to his company in the future for any repairs we might need. We now know from first-hand experience why this company has a 5 star rating!!
