    My furnace died during that horrible cold spell in February. Would highly recommend Service Pro! Told me he'd be there within the hour and he was. Diagnosed the problem quickly, got the part and had my furnace back up and running in no time. He even fixed the vent pipe on my hot water tank when he noticed it was loose. Might not seem like a big deal to some but I appreciated that he did that for me. Goes above and beyond. He was friendly and down to earth yet still professional, as was his assistant. Made sure everything was working as it should before he left and gave me some tips to help my furnace run more efficiently. I won't hesitate to call Service Pro again if needed and will recommend them to my friends. Thanks guys!!

    I called for an estimate and they were out the next morning installing my AC. while I know that's not typical, I feel so lucky I found this company, and gladly would have waited. Anyone in the tonawanda/Amherst area should definitely give these guys a call if you are looking for heating or cooling. They do great work and are honest. Couldn't be happier with the work these guys did. Thank you!

    Last year my air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I called Service Pro and they filled it up with freon. When it ran out again very quickly, they came out again and filled it for free. Wasn't worth fixing a big leak in such an old unit. So, this season, after getting multiple estimates, we went with them to install a new unit. They gave a great price that included everything, included new thermostat. The price for the Lennox was MUCH less expensive than the other estimates. On the day of installation, not only were they there on time, they were early! They spent many hours making sure everything was done properly. They were very professional and courteous. They made sure we knew what was going on and went over everything with us after it was completed. The warranty is 10 years, too! From past experience with them, I'm confident they will service any issues timely and with the professionalism we've already encountered. The unit is quiet and is running well (thankfully, as it's very hot and humid now). I also like the fact that it is a family-run, local business and not a mega-corporate-type operation. They respond quickly to calls and questions and are very easy to work with. I am very happy we had them install our new air conditioner, as opposed to the many other options out there. You cannot go wrong with calling Service Pro for any cooling or heating issues.....big or small!

    Our air conditioner broke over the weekend so we call on Monday to see what we would need to do to get it repaired. He said he could come out the next day. That right off the bat was impressive. He came on time and was able to find the problem within 10 minutes. He explained what was going on and how he was going to fix it. I didn't feel pressured to do anything. He was very nice and honest. He was able to fix the problem same day and now our house is nice and cool for the summer. We will definitely be using this service as needed in the future. You can't go wrong with a local business that is extremely professional and easy to work with.

    Came home from vacation on Saturday to no heat. Called a local company to come look at our furnace. They tried to tell us we needed a new gas valve and possibly a control board, both of which would be over $600 apiece. They didn't have the parts at the time to fix it. So they said we would have to wait until Monday, just to order the parts, then wait for them to come in. That would mean sitting in a 42 degree house for at least 4 days. No way, unacceptable. Then they tried to recommend replacing the whole furnace because of age, and cost of future repairs. Are you f'n kidding me? I said hell no, we need this repaired now, just fix the problem. They still charged us $100 for showing up, and not fixing anything, also misdiagnosing the actual problem.
    I called Service Pro the next morning. Sam showed up within an hour. Diagnosed the actual problem, which happened to be a faulty solenoid valve on the humidifier, which was causing the fuse to blow. Nothing even related, to what the other company tried to tell me. Even better he was in and out in a half hour, and charged us a very reasonable price. Only $150! No new gas valve, no new control board, no new furnace needed. That other company needs to get a clue, the service tech was way off! Just trying to sell a bunch of stuff that I don't need. I would highly recommend Service Pro, and would use them again.

    Sam came out at night, which I didn’t expect. Got to the bottom of our furnace issue, basically gave us a new furnace, by replacing necessary components. Reasonably priced, and the guy is just out working, that’s all. Highly recommend Sam and Service Peo.

    Nothing I say here can express how great this company is. Sam the owner is the most straight forward honest guys in the business in my opinion. He explains everything he does and answers any questions that you have. He fixed gas leaks in my home after the gas company turned
    My gas off. He squeezed me in because he
    Knew that the gas company wouldn't turn it back on without being fixed. He also followed up with me to see if everything was going good with them. This is the second time I have had him do work for us. Put in a hot water tank for us a few years ago. To some it up this company is top notch 5star. Try them out for yourself and you'll see.

    I used Service Pro Heating today to repair my old boiler unit. It was snowing and traveling was quit difficult but my technician, Sam was right on time. I could not greet him so I sent my adult son to handle the duties of showing him the unit and what was to be done in my basement. About an hour into the call, my son came to tell me how good Sam was and how he really seemed to know what he was doing. Needless to say, Sam impressed my son and was very concerned with making sure we got our heat turned back on as the utility company had turned it off earlier in the day. Sam even called us a couple of hours after he had left to make sure we were up and still running well. I could not be more impressed as this was a real stormy day and we were in for a foot of snow tonight. Thank you for your excellent work and excellent customer service.

    I found a bend on the supply line of my AC unit. A friend recommended Sam. I called Sam and he was in the area and he was at my house in 15 minutes. Sam was very professional. After checking the line he determined the bend was okay and checked the AC unit to ensure it was working properly. Just nice to know there are honest people like Sam who care for the customer.

    Sam was great. My air conditioning stopped working and I was fully expecting that whomever I called would just say “replace it”. Servicepro fixed it, cleaned it and told me i would get another three years out of it! Great service, on time and fair price.
