Deciding to have Service Pro Heating and Cooling come fix my heating system was the best choice ever. I was lucky enough to have the owner himself be the person that came out for the call. He was On-time, professional, thorough, and did not try to convince me into buying any products or replacing the entire furnace. I was really grateful for the quality of work performed and will HIGHLY recommend the services of this company to anyone having Heating or Cooling issues in their home. To the owner thank you for keeping my home warm and for providing genuine and quality services to the community.

Friday December 23rd at about 7:30pm I called Service Pro and spoke to a wonderful man. My furnace had gone out and there was a travel ban. I want to thank this man for being so kind and talking me through this. If I could I would rate you ten stars. Thank you, thank you, thank you, so much!!!!!

Had our furnace go down during a winter storm, Service Pro answered our call right away and came out within a few hours. Kind and professional service, reasonable price and kept our family from freezing during the coldest day of the year.

When my daughter bought her own house, she knew it came with some bumps with reference to repairs. She called Service Pro and they came out the next day, replaced the circuit board, pulled her filters and showed her how to clean them as they are not disposable and checked her AC. Even though it may be a couple years out, he left the information on the new furnace with his card and also noted there is a $400 rebate currently. This company was more than helpful and educated her on what she had in her house and how to manage it.
Service Pro was her second telephone call with reference to this issue and the technician felt horrible that the first company was charging such an outrageous fee for fixing anything let alone diagnosing it. He felt bad they are even in the same field of work and can't believe how companies get away with that!
Service Pro will be her first call for all HVAC needs!

The service is excellent, they always go above and beyond, super courteous, explain everything when they come out, very upfront about their pricing, always clean up when done, I can’t recommend anyone else, as this is the best service I received when our furnace completely died, we had a new one within a day and installed in less than 6 hours.

I called Sam at ServicePro at 5:30pm on Wednesday night to come and assess my furnace, as I thought it may have a carbon monoxide leak, and he was there within the hour, confirming my suspicion. After weighing the cost of repairing my 18 year old furnace against a new one, decided to buy new, and Sam was there by 9am Thursday with the furnace ready to install. Worked quickly and professionally, had it hooked up with some custom metalwork to make it fit perfectly into the existing space, and had my AC all connected back again to the new unit. Left the space cleaner than when he arrived, great product, great price, great service. Cannot recommend Sam and ServicePro enough.

My furnace died in the middle of January in Buffalo! I needed help quickly, and Sam was the first place I called on Sunday morning who responded immediately. He went over to my place that day and within the next two days, a new furnace and AC unit were installed at my house. His prices were very reasonable and he kept me updated about all of the repairs and installations, even though I was out of town during this time! Thanks Sam!

I had a Furnace and Hot Water tank installed 1/28/2019, I wanted to give an honest review so I made sure to post this review after having the systems in my home for a few months. WOW. Is all I can say. Sam was easy to work with, exceeded my expectations and was very affordable. I recieved 3 other quotes from different companies and they were well above what Service Pro offered. All their work is professional and they will give their expert opinion when needed. My furnace and hot water tank work awesome. No complaints. I have even seen a reduction in my heating costs. I had Sam hook up lines for an A/C unit. Cannot wait to have them back out when the weather breaks.

The blower on my furnace went and they were able to fit me in very quickly. Sam completed the work promptly and efficiently and gave me recommendations on what I could do with my older furnace and also what would be best in the future as far as buying a new unit. I will definitely be calling again when the time comes.

2021 update: Service Pro came out and replaced two furnaces in our duplex in a short time window. It was very cold out and they were able to come out on a Saturday and have a plan for Monday. The new furnaces look great and the custom duct work really helps the efficiency as well.

Offered best price for new furnace and air conditioner. Showed up when they said they would. Work was done very professionally and timely.
Would highly recommend for any heating or cooling work. Sam is a stickler for detail.
