I called Service Pro Heating and Cooling on 08/26 and Sam came to my home the next day. How awesome is that, on short notice he was able to see me 2nd on his service list.

Let me first say that Sam is truly a repairman and not a salesman. These days there are many people that try and sell you things you dont need. You will not get that from him, a professional in his field of work and was very understanding to explain in laymans terminology. He was very familiar with my condenser because he was actually putting them in 15years ago. He knew automatically it was a certain part, analyzed it thoroughly and repaired it.

Called Sam the owner and within 2 minutes of leaving my information he called me back. Told him the issue with my AC, was able to come out within the hour. Was exactly on time, in two seconds identified the problem, got the part and installed it. AC works like new. Took the time to explain some simple AC maintenance as I knew nothing. Price was a lot less then I expected to pay, at no time did I feel pressured. I wasn't upsold any services I didn't need. It was great. There is a reason why he's the highest rated repair man around.

Honest, straightforward, and professional. My air conditioner stopped blowing cold air and Sam identified and fixed the problem within an hour. He went above and beyond making recommendations on what improvements could be made in our use of the system after the repair was complete.

Sam came to replace a motor for my furnace. He fit me in during a very busy time sandwiched between other emergency calls. I was charged half of what I was originally quoted. He was in and out in under an hour as I had to get to work. I would highly recommend Service Pro Heating.

Very friendly, fast and clean service. I would highly recommend them. They came right away, did a new furnace in 1 day. It was a big old furnace they had to take out and they did a great job.

My heat went out in the evening in 18-degree weather. I called ServicePro and the technician arrived in 45 minutes. He was efficient, courteous, knowledgeable, and even kind to my pets. The furnace was fixed in no time and he even followed up to be sure everything was satisfactory (and it is!). The charges were reasonable, as well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for service, emergency or not, and will be recommending them to anyone looking for heating and cooling service.

We had a leak in the tubing on our furnace. They came out to check it out and were right on time. He fixed the issue quickly and completely and even gave the rest of the furnace an inspection. There is a better solution to our tubing and he informed me of my options to consider but at no time did I feel I was being pressured into buying something that wasn't necessary. Great experience.

Our air conditioner froze during the heat wave. Called Service Pro and they came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. Sam came bright and early the next morning and fixed the problem. Highly recommend this company.

Sam and his team are fantastic. Punctual and dedicated. Two days both my furnace and AC are installed. The price is reasonable and the work is decent. Highly recommended.
