I can't say enough good things about Sam and his business. Answered the phone before they opened for business. Took the time to talk to me about the situation. Gave me a time he would arrive. SHOWED UP ON TIME!!! Listened to what I thought it was. Correctly diagnosed the problem (boy, was I was so wrong). Fixed it...quickly too. The price...FAIR. Explained what may have caused the problem. Talked with me about what I could do better about my heating situation and to better protect my family against carbon monoxide. Sam, thank you so much for making us a priority today. It's great to know, "I got a guy."

Used them before they were great! This time individual tried to upcharge my wife! Tried to charge $600 to change a valve. This is a man who tried to take advantage of a woman while her husband wasn't home. Also tried to have us pay in cash. As stated previously they were great first time. But unfortunately for us 2nd time wasn't a good experience. These blogs are for people to voice there experience with service. Good or bad. I will add he did adjust price to a better rate when I called him. So on that end he did make it right. But will not use them in future.

We called Sam in morning he was able to come To our home in an hour and he fixed our old furnace in a short amount of time at a very reasonable price . He also provided very wise advice on future maintenance . I would highly recommend Sam for any repair !

We spoke with other heating companies and AAA Service Pro came in with the best deal! Sam always answers his phone and comes out as soon as possible! This is the best heating company in BUFFALO! We are giving our business to Sam and his company from now on!

Same and his crew are top notch. Installed a new furnace and a/c unit this past fall, great professional job. Highly recommend them.

Fast and friendly service! I had no heat suddenly on Sunday and Sam was able to make it to my house within the hour and quickly get the heat running again. I will be calling them for all my heating and cooling needs in the future.

Had a problem with a my boiler, was constantly gurgling and making weird sounds. Called Service Pro up and they came the same day, explained the problem clearly and had everything back up and running within an hour.
