Service Pro provides great pricing, excellent communication, and outstanding service! Sam had to jump through a lot of hoops to replace our, carbon monoxide leaking,16 year old furnace. From beginning to end he had a great attitude and was a true professional. Sam’s response time was fantastic both for the original quote and for the installation. There were serious limitations in the availability of furnaces due to COVID. Sam searched for a suitable furnace and kept us informed throughout the process. When it came time for the installation, our HOA went a bit crazy with required paperwork and what I considered to be extraneous details that only caused delays. Sam never complained and treated our job like it was the only thing on his mind. When the job was done, we could tell that Sam really loves his work. The furnace was installed right before the temperatures dropped, and has been fantastic. We will be calling Service Pro for all our Buffalo area HVAC needs! Thanks, Sam!

I had a brand new furnace installed by Service Pro and was very happy with the service I received from this company. Sam is a true professional. He is meticulous and takes great pride in his work. My first time calling Service Pro and I was very happy with the experience. When my furnace began to have an issue with a worn out inducer motor and stopped working overnight, they came out promptly and replaced the part. Not only that, but they charged me less than half of what one of the other big HVAC companies in the area had quoted me for the same exact part. I respect their honesty and would recommend highly to others.

I woke up to no heat in the house on Saturday morning. Sam came out by 10am and checked out my boiler. With over 30 years of experience he was able to diagnose the problem in 5 minutes. He also found that the circulating pump was barely moving water. It was so nice to have someone explain the situation and actually show me what was happening. So Sam installed a new pump and igniter for the boiler and had things running in a few hours. He was super professional and broke down parts and labor costs upfront. He also gave me advice on what annual maintenance I should be doing on my system. I will definitely be calling Service Pro again!

I can't say enough good things about this company! 5 stars simply doesn't even begin to do it justice. Service Pro is first rate and will be the one and only call you need to make when having your furnace or AC serviced/repaired. No need for a 2nd opinion! They offer same day service. I called to make an appointment because I had no heat and Sam, the owner, was at my house within hours. He was able to fully fix my furnace and get it back up and running within 30 minutes. This is after I was previously advised by another company that my furnace needed to be fully replaced. I was both shocked and needless to say, pleasantly surprised, by his expertise, professionalism and very reasonable pricing. I very rarely write reviews, but this was such a great experience I feel the need to share it with others. If you're looking for top notch service with fair and honest pricing, this is who you need to call! Moving forward, Service Pro will be my "go-to guy"! I already have their number saved in my contacts and I have heat! Yay! I couldn't be happier! You need to call Sam the "Savior"!

It's good to know there are still honest businesses out there. My experience with Service Pro exceeded my expectations. I called to have my malfunctioning air conditioner unit looked at. Sam was promptly out the next day at the time agreed upon. He was able to troubleshoot and diagnose the problem in a few minutes. He had my air conditioner up and running top notch in under 30 minutes. It was refreshing to see an honest repairman not trying to sell you on anything above what's needed. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and they will be my "go to" from here on out.

Excellent experience dealing with Sam from Service Pro. Pricing for our new AC system was the lowest amongst all the quotes we received and work was done well. Sam is very thorough and takes pride in his work. Pleasure to do business with a locally owned business who is honest and won't try to rip you off. One recent cold Sunday I turned on my furnace only to find out it was blowing cold air. I called several heating companies and all of them said they were too busy and couldn’t come over to check my unit until Monday or Tuesday at the earliest. When I finally called Servicepro, the owner said he would be over within an hour. The owner Sam showed up within the hour and actually had the parts needed for the repair in his vehicle after diagnosing the problem.
He was very courteous knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I am happy to recommend Service PRO heating and cooling. Per our agreement to replace my home’s furnace, Sam and his assistant Shawn, showed up early morning and ready to work with all the required tools of the trade, pipes, ducts and the new furnace. From the beginning, Sam explained what needed to be built to replace a 70% with a 95% efficiency heating system… and that is what he delivered. By the end of the first day of work, the work was nearly completed, just time was needed for the piping adhesives to dry. Swift & Super service from Sam at Service Pro! Last Saturday, during the deep freeze, I had an emergency heating/furnace need. The company that had been out to my place and did work a couple months before told me they could not come out to take a look until Monday. I needed someone to come out ASAP. On a recommendation, I called Sam at Service Pro and was very relieved and happy that his service surpassed my expectations. From saying 'yes' he would come over ASAP, to arriving early and fixing the issue, following up days later and recommending future work needed, Sam was an expert and professional. He found and fixed what the previous company (who wouldn't come out!) told me was 'fine'. I highly recommend and will be using Sam/Service Pro for all my future needs.
