Mo and Brian took great care of me tonight ...it was an emergency call and got here at top speed and got my gas leak taken care of.

Wow! What phenomenal service I received today! Jim came out and evaluated my furnace for possible condensate lie, but he did not stop there. He checked everything I mean everything my faucets my a shower my toilets my washer dryer my water tank. Because of him I could cancel the plumber that was supposed to come and I saved the buttload of money. Most importantly he explained everything and made me feel that I understood situation. He took time for me from his day and I am just blown away by the level of service that I get from these guys. Sunbeam is a well-known company and probably risks becoming too big to give good customer service, but in fact they are just the opposite. They focus on one customer at a time and you and your concerns are important. I just can't say enough about Jim and every single member of their team who has come to my home the past four visits or maybe even five, I lost track! Every single time I have received outstanding care in the monthly program that you sign up for (I think called the rewards program?), where you pay monthly for your furnace or a water tank say, is paying for itself right now. I would have had to Shell out big bucks every single time for them to come out and do what they do, but it's all included, and then they even throw in extra service like Jim did today.

I have to say I was blown away by the amazing service I received last night from Sunbeam's great team of Jim (25 years with the company) and Matt with them for 4 years. I called after trying to get my AC going but to no avail. I was told a service call would be the next day between 6-8pm. About 20 minutes later I got the call from Matt, the most cheery voice, who said," we just finished our last job early and we could come now if it's convenient for you". Whaaaat? Well yes please!. They two arrived in clean vehicles, dressed so professionally and well spoken. I was immediately at ease and felt very trusting of the team. They fixed the problem, checked everything else in the unit out( in my 90 degree attic) and even inspected my boiler while there. The bill was way less than anticipated, and the service beyond expectations, right down to the booties they donned upon coming into the house out of respect. I cannot speak highly enough about how thrilled I am to now have a company for my AC and boiler that I trust

I am a 25 year customer of Sunbeam Service Experts and recently had my aging central a/c unit replaced Justin from sales went over my options with no "high pressure" tactics that some businesses use. Hunter, Bobby & David did the instillation and it was flawless. I am so very pleased with Sunbeam Service Experts.

I have used Sunbeam at my house for the past 15 years. I have never had a problem with at all. Quality work with my Boiler and Central Air. They put in a new Lennox unit in 2 years ago and it has worked great. Also all the workers have been very pleasant and quick in their work.

Ahmad was right on time. Was originally called for a furnace tuneup in May but highly recommended looking at the AC instead. Glad he gave that advice. Originally was told by another company that the AC unit was so old that it couldn’t be serviced. But Ahmad said that wasn’t the case. Cleaned it up and got it in working order. I had written off the unit and was waiting for it to die. Super happy with Ahmad’s professionalism and knowledge. Thank you!!!

I called yesterday for an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised that I was scheduled for today. Ahmed and Justin arrived promptly at 8 am and diagnosed the system. They suggested a part replacement and did not try to oversell me.

Had Dennis and Jim at my apartment, they installed a dishwasher. Great work, great guys, will recommend to friends/ family. Quick and Professional, all around great service and will reach back out in the future if I need anything

I have to commend Jim who has been trying effortlessly to figure out a problem with my elderly mother’s thermostat that kept sending alerts. Ends up it was a glitch on the part of Lennox and Jim after several visits rectified it. He reassured my mother it was nothing she had done and went as far as calling me to update me after each visit. Not only professional but super attentive. He knows what he’s doing & went above & beyond. Thanks again Jim!

Mo is a nice guy; very knowledgeable. He clearly knows what he’s doing. He took the extra time to explain a few things to me which I appreciated. Mo has integrity & kindness. Sunbeam is lucky as he represents the company very well. Because of Mo, I recommend Sunbeam to family & friends.
