We had a furnace, air conditioner and tankless hot water heater installed for our existing heated floors and home. It was a long overdue upgrade and we couldn’t be happier. Scott and the team answered all our questions and did an exceptional job. I highly recommend T Mark.

today I had the pleasure of working with Mike who repaired my boiler. He was great and knew exactly what needed to be fixed. My father had to use them as well for a problem with his boiler and Mike was right on the job and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It is so nice to work with a company that has high customer service standards and that does excellent work. I continue to talk about them with all my friends and family and will do so due to the fantastic experiences that I’ve had.

I requested services through the message assistant and was book asa I needed them. It took a day due to my availability, and then boom was fixed in no time. Im glad I got their help especially with a snow storm happening. Thank you Alex and Jeff. My fur family are nice and cozy.

Today Brian came to give us a quote for a new AC install. He was wonderful to chat with and answered all of our questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the right products for our home. On Wednesday we are getting our new AC unit and updates to our home. We couldn’t be more excited!

My hot water heater began to leak today, I called T-Mark Plumbing and Brian came to my house to evaluate my situation. He recommended I change the hot water tank as soon as possible, then he gave me numerous options and showed me changes to the installation they will make….

They are coming tomorrow to replace the tank….. more to come

Liam was Excellent! He arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and repaired my Leak. He was easy to talk to and he explained the issue and the solution before doing the work.

We have had Tmark here numerous times for numerous things and their responses have all been superior in every respect. On time and good prices when compared to other vendors. We don't even get multiple bids any more.

We had them give an estimate for a new HVAC system last year. They were at my house for 5 minutes and did not measure anything or ask any questions and then quoted us a price that was in line with the most expensive estimates we received. We had them to the house last week for a camera inspection of the basement perimeter drain and the guy showed up and told my wife "we don't really do that" and instead offered to just hydrojet the lines without even knowing if they needed it or if it would be effective at a cost of over $800. I called them and confirmed that they "do that" and set up ANOTHER appointment to have a camera inspection done to see if hydrojetting would be worth it. The secretary reiterated what she initially told my wife the first time, that inspection is free of charge. The tech called my wife this morning and told her they're not using a $10k camera for free and the fee was $250. We canceled the appointment and won't be calling these shady people for anything again.
